In addition, I was shown that one of my dual pane windows now has a little moisture leaking between the panes, which causes faint spots between the panes which cannot be cleaned. I will start by saying I would give them 5 stars for the job they did on our windows. My Husband said they were very nice, and he liked the gentleman that came. They are also bonded and insured. Where I was disappointed was with the price. My telephone quote I was given was between $150 to $170. I was not at home when they came to do our windows. My husband was there and was told the quote was $180. I trusted that they would honor the original quote so I failed to mention it to my husband. When he asked if they were going to do our garage door windows they told him they would have to add extra. I was disappointed that they did not do ALL the windows for that price. My garage windows are not big, and no ladder would be required. read more

Been using them for years. Just finally decided to give them a boost because they do an outstanding job. Rafael and John are neat, fast and know how to clean screens, tracks, both sides of the windows without climbing all over my concrete tile roof breaking tiles. I have a 2 story and the two of them showed up on time and were done in an hour and a half with 15 windows and a slider. Their prices are VERY reasonable. They have NO manpower turnover so you know who is coming and what kind of job they'll do. They don't send over some trainee or a summer vacation replacement person or someone's younger brother looking for work. These are the same reliable guys year after year.
