They also installed a new sliding glass door and two new windows. Both were done with minimal drama. We did have one or two glitches, but the fixes were handled promptly and completely. They did multiple job walks, and everyone showed up when they said they would and worked hard. They cleaned our property up every night before leaving. A special shout out to Roselyn in the office. Jay came by and gave me the quote on a shingles roof to replace the composite tile that was there before and talked me through their expectations for the entire project. Jay was very communicative and accessible throughout the project and they were able to complete the roof in three days with one day reserved for the city inspection. I was also very nervous about the cleanup since I have a toddler at home that likes to play in the yard, but their cleanup was amazing! The crew worked incredibly fast--they finished everything in just four days without cutting corners, which was impressive. Everyone on the team was respectful and easy to have around, and the quality of the work turned out great. One thing I really appreciated was how the main supervisor kept checking in with me throughout the project to make sure I was happy with how things were looking and to get my input on details. They also coordinated smoothly with a separate window installation company, which made the whole process a lot less stressful on our end. At one point I changed my mind last minute about the placement of my light fixtures, and they were super accommodating and took care of it without any issue, which I really appreciated. In estimating the job, Jack accurately determined the amount of stone veneer flat and corner pieces that would be required minimizing excess pieces at the completion of the job The dry stack stone veneer placement looks incredibly natural, with variation in size and color, giving the project depth and authenticity. His attention to detail was impeccable. How he trimmed and fitted short cornerstones and the stone pieces around a vent opening and existing vinyl fence exceeded my expectation. Jack was meticulous in keeping the job site incredibly neat and cleaned up at the end of each day. He did a thorough cleanup after the project was completed, leaving our property pristine. He was very professional and we had great communication through completion of the project, exchanging multiple email messages and phone calls. The crew was always on time, efficient and responsive to my requests and cleaned up well at the end of each work day. I also retained them to replace my damaged wood sidings and trims. Martin did a great job custom making wood panels for me as my residence is relatively old and no sidings matching the original ones were available in the market. They discovered things that weren't done properly and did their best to keep our costs down knowing that we were essentially paying twice to have the deck fixed. They finished in the time they promised and didn't even hesitate or push back when I asked them to address some minor details about the fence.
