Hello Everyone, I don't have a bad word to say about any of the contractors that can to give an estimate . They were friendly and courteous . The problem I had with all of them was cost they provided over all . One even stated that his company had a minimum and would not come out for less than a thousand dollars . I thought that was a little outlandish but who am I to judge there overhead . So I'm going to wait until summer and try again when the cost of living is still high and jobs are slim . First, Johnny came to my house, inspected the roof, explained everything what will be done ,and provided me with the estimate that beat all previous ones. After meeting with 4 or 5 roofers, I went with lifetime roofing for our new roofing project. Levon was very professional and polite and lifetime provided a very strong quote. Additionally, they are certified w Owens Cording and are able to cover the warranty of the products. At the end of the day the project was completed in a satisfactory manner and the end result is great, however, there were some issues along the way: the back of our yard has a gate that we informed the team needed to remain closed, so our dog would remain safe, yet it was left open, even after reminding the team a few times. Fortunately, nothing bad happened. The small front porch section of the roof was overlooked with the initial reroofing, and the team had to come back and complete that once it was discovered. Our dryer vent was disconnected for the project (as the vent was on the roof) but was not reconnected. It was discovered due to the fire alarm going off during use of the dryer. The hot air was venting directly into the attic, which triggered the fire alarm. Once Lifetime was noticed, the team came and promptly repaired this. Lastly, the attic was a mess. The team never accessed the attic, so they were unaware, however the scope of the work left the attic covered in debris. An unfortunate consequence but nothing that wasn't remedied with a thorough vacuuming. All in all, the end result is nice, Levon handled the overlooked front porch and dryer vent promptly, and we're grateful for there service. read more

I don't usually do reviews, but had to for Lifetime Roofing. We had so many problems with an ongoing roof issue and most estimates were insane. It took us six months to finally land on Lifetime. They were competitive on price, but the planning and attention to the customer was the difference. I cannot speak enough praises for the project manager Johnny. He was the most thorough when inspecting and presenting the estimate. He climbed through the attic and walked the roof when most guys didn't even get off the ground to give an estimate. He even helped us diagnose our problem and get money back from our solar company to offset the cost. He didn't need to do it, but treated our home like it was his. Like any big projects, there were hiccups like weather, and minor aesthetic issues, but Johnny made sure the work was to OUR standards. Even though the roof work is complete, minus the solar, Johnny is still lining up inspections for the solar company, even though it isn't his responsibility to do so.
