This time I showed up at 6:30, which is closing time for this location. One of the employees locked the door on my face and told me they were closed. I showed her the labels on my boxes. When I left, I asked if there was anything else she needed from me after we figured it out, she lifted her arms at me with exasperation like she was scolding a child and all she said was "to not do that again". Customer service is the last thing she cares about. Apparently she is perfect and everyone else in the world is her problem. After today and numerous other cringe experiences with this woman, I'm switching my eBay store shipping to FedEx. Life is too short to be treated like trash by someone who is clearly so miserable she can't treat others with common decency or respect. I recommend avoiding this store like the plague.

Tasked with branding my truck and trailer the experience went like this. 1.Service took 3x as long to complete as quoted 2.Pricing higher but supporting small biz is important 3.Took my vehicle and trailer to a storage unit to perform their work (I didn't know they had no onsite shop with tools etc) 4.Backed my brand new truck into a stationary object 5.Took no time to rectify my damage despite my extreme patience and understanding 6.Strung me along over a month, dodging my calls (Had to reach the owner from someone else's phone) 7.Find out they don't have insurance which covers them working or driving on vehicles???? 8.I take time to get a quote/build a rental cost so I can keep my business working 9.Owner flat out refuses to pay my costs and only wants me to use his friends repair shop and to rent a home depot homer truck I take the upmost pride in what I do because my family and employees rely on our clients to live. I even promoted their company and made a IG reel to promote them and this is how I get thanked in the end.. I hope you can find a way to be better prepared, increase diligence and operate more effectively J

This location usually has all that I need for both personal and business office supplies...Staff and management are top notch and the kicker is the copy/print center. The woman running that back there has stellar service, takes care of all my print/copy/ship needs with a quickness.
