He is friendly, professional, informed, experienced, and fast. In less than 40 minutes, the spring was replaced, and because he gets paid by the hour, he was also able to replace the track wheels, which were all breaking down, at no extra charge. Without any sales pressure, he also identified some oversights from the installation company that will need close monitoring over the next year or so, for an eventual inexpensive repair.
