Shortly after the initial consultation, she walked me through the process, and took a rapid COVID test before the session began. She also offered me Tylenol prior to it which I didn't take (it was a minor pinching sensation that was bearable, but it probably depends on the person.) The session lasted about 90 minutes. Her office was clean and private. And throughout the procedure, she was very thorough and professional. She also kept me comfortable and answered all my questions patiently.
