I have thought about whether I should even write this review after all these years, but looking back at my photos, documentation, and the outcome, I still feel the same disappointment I felt then. I paid a significant amount of money for a cosmetic procedure because I trusted that I was going to get an improvement that would make me feel better about my appearance. Unfortunately, when I look at my results now, particularly my nose and side profile. I still feel that the outcome did not address what I was hoping to correct. I recently went back and compared my older photographs, including photographs from different points in time, and it brought all of those feelings back. My nose still appears significantly projected from my profile, which was one of the things I was concerned about. Seeing the photos again after all these years honestly made me realize that I never really got over how unhappy I was with the result. More than a decade later, I am still looking at those photographs and asking myself why I accepted an outcome that I was so unhappy with. I understand that cosmetic procedures cannot guarantee perfection, and I am not expecting anyone to promise that. But when someone spends a substantial amount of money and is genuinely unhappy with the result, they deserve to be treated with respect and have their concerns taken seriously. I'm writing this now because I don't want another person to spend a large amount of money, have concerns about their result, and then feel as though they have nowhere to turn afterward. This experience stayed with me for more than 10 years. That's how strongly it affected me. Do your research. Look at long-term before-and-after results, not just the immediate postoperative photos. Ask very specific questions about what can realistically be changed, what happens if you're unhappy, and what support you will receive afterward. I wish I had done more of that before trusting them with something as personal and permanent as my face.
