My Facials are my time to take care and pamper myself. I understand that Tatiana is the proprietor but she should not allow her staff to walk in during appointments to ask questions and gather supplies. This is simply unprofessional and disruptive to my experience. Sadly, I no longer go to this Spa because it was getting much too frustrating for me to appreciate the experience. Just want to clarify that before my appointment no evaluation was made of my skin and no questions were asked about my type of skin as well as I was not aware or informed of what she was even putting on my skin at the moment of the procedure. She said I had an infection on my skin because of pimple patches (it was just three mini pimples on the lower side of my face) and she proceeds to SPRAY salicylic acid on the area and ended up spraying on my chin where I had nothing wrong at, when she sprayed I literally SAW STARS but I stayed quiet because I assumed it was part of the procedure, when I got up my face was red and irritated but I thought it was because of the extractions, the next morning I notice my skin BURNT on my chin and where I used to have the three pimples, she told me to apply cortisone which I'm glad I went to a pharmacist about because they said that would only irritate the area more. In conclusion, do NOT come here they do not truly care about your skin and your best results they assume your skin is going to endure what they use on everybody else and don't truly realize people with sensitive skin exist. I only got my refund because I asked for it, if I wouldn't have asked for it I doubt they would've offered, won't be returning.
