Jessica was extremely professional, very informative of the process she was going and made sure to always care for my well being. When the process would include something a tad painful such as needling for extraction.. she would let me know so I wouldn't just be poked and pressured through.. she gave me a squishy mango lol.. which was calming but I genuinely didn't need as the pain was relatively soft. Her office is super soothing, has aroma therapy to calm you from the moment you step in..it's not a bright room that is overwhelming to your senses and very minimal use of light in the room other then the ring light she uses to make sure she can cleanse you the best way and right way. Mind you, I'm a man. So as a man.. I know a lot of us don't take those extra steps to maintain our skin.. but a session with Jessica leaves you feeling like a king and pampered for.
