I've been getting Facials by Tatiana for many, many years and she always does an incredible job. My only issue is the constant disruptions from other staff members. My Facials are my time to take care and pamper myself. I understand that Tatiana is the proprietor but she should not allow her staff to walk in during appointments to ask questions and gather supplies. This is simply unprofessional and disruptive to my experience. Sadly, I no longer go to this Spa because it was getting much too frustrating for me to appreciate the experience. I went in for a 60 minute deep cleaning facial with Tatiana and ended up leaving worse than how I came in! Just want to clarify that before my appointment no evaluation was made of my skin and no questions were asked about my type of skin as well as I was not aware or informed of what she was even putting on my skin at the moment of the procedure. She said I had an infection on my skin because of pimple patches (it was just three mini pimples on the lower side of my face) and she proceeds to SPRAY salicylic acid on the area and ended up spraying on my chin where I had nothing wrong at, when she sprayed I literally SAW STARS but I stayed quiet because I assumed it was part of the procedure, when I got up my face was red and irritated but I thought it was because of the extractions, the next morning I notice my skin BURNT on my chin and where I used to have the three pimples, she told me to apply cortisone which I'm glad I went to a pharmacist about because they said that would only irritate the area more. In conclusion, do NOT come here they do not truly care about your skin and your best results they assume your skin is going to endure what they use on everybody else and don't truly realize people with sensitive skin exist. I only got my refund because I asked for it, if I wouldn't have asked for it I doubt they would've offered, won't be returning. read more

I have been receiving a facial with Tatiana for over two years already and I must say that my results are impeccable. She is very knowledgeable and always has either a new service or a new product to show me and I love it even more because it lets me know that Tatiana and the other employees are up to date with what's trending in the skin care market. I always leave the spa feeling new and refreshed and my friends always ask me if I have make up on because of how clean and immaculate my skin looks. I honestly don't understand how anyone could give this business less than 5 stars. They're great at what they do and very affordable. Furthermore, I have had over 5 friends and family members who come to this spa and continue going because of the stellar results they receive. I came here on a whim as it was close to my house. Do not let the exterior surrounding parking lot deter you! This spa is a diamond in the rough. I came in due to excruciating neck and shoulder pains I've been having. The masseuse Ariel introduced himself and asked me what brought me in and how do I prefer my massages. I explained and he offered a shiatsu massage which he advised was his specialty. He advised that he uses acupressure to release tension. He asked what level of pressure I prefer and I communicated firm. He began nicely and slowly began increasing the pressure. He quickly found all of my areas of tension with precision. Expertly he began attacking and would talk me through "Can you feel this knot or how is?" He was very caring and extremely present. I will be coming back!!!! read more

Tati is amazing because she gives you facials with results. Yes the extractions may hurt but of course they do if you want to see the biggest difference in your skin. They also leave you with some instruction on aftercare to maintain your results. A lot of estheticians are reluctant towards giving you the best treatment they can so they can secure the idea of you coming back since you'll be needing more, but Tati always does me right and leaves me so satisfied with the results. I've gone to her about 4 times now. And I still come back every month! She has helped me more with my acne than anybody else and I'm so glad I didn't have to resort to an antibiotic prescription from a dermatologist. read more

I want to start by saying that it takes a lot for me to write a negative review about a place/experience. This place only deserves even one star because my first experience here wasn't nearly as terrible as my most recent one (for the second experience, I would give them zero stars if I could). I was given a Groupon for this spa as a gift by someone who isn't from Miami. When I arrived for my first appointment, I was a little bit skeptical because the location isn't the greatest. The interior when you first enter is nice, but as soon as you go to the back, you begin to realize how/why the price of the services is so cheap. The beds are not very comfortable - they're pretty hard and the room is kept cold, without a very substantial blanket or cover. That being said, the younger esthetician who did my first facial was excellent - she was extremely knowledgable, easy to talk to, and did a great job - my skin was glowing the next day and I was pleased - it got the job done. Fast forward 2 months, and I have my second (and most recent) appointment. When I walked into the "spa" (if you can call it that), the first thing I heard was a dog barking loudly in the back (within the facility, not outside). The dog proceeded to bark throughout the appointment and was sitting in a stroller with one of the employees when I walked out. This second appointment was with a different esthetician (the name on the receipt said Reyna). I have never been to a facial (including the first one at this facility) until this one where I haven't been asked to put on a robe. The lady proceeded to crassly tell me to lay on the table (I wouldn't really call it a bed) fully clothed and paid no attention to whether or not I was comfortable. I have a pretty arched lower back and I have never been to a massage, facial, or other similar experience where the esthetician did not provide a pillow to put behind my knees to relieve the tension on my back. The sheet that she put over me did nothing to combat the fact that it was FREEZING inside of the facility. She proceeded to wander away for 10+ minutes, came back in, and then slathered something on my face. She didn't even bother to put a headband around my hair to make sure no product got in it - I had just washed and blowdried by hair that morning, and had to do so again later that day to get everything out of it. She then proceeded to wipe this substance off of my face with what felt like a dirty dish rag, which she dunked in a grimy, discolored plastic bowl. She then turned on the facial steamer, put it entirely too close to my face, causing my face to go numb from the heat, and then left the room for another 10 minutes. When she came back, she adjusted the steamer position and then proceeded to loudly type on her phone with the keyboard volume on for the next 5 minutes. When she was done texting, she turned the steamer off and began extractions. She dug into my face for the next ~10 minutes without adding any moisture/additional steam/anything else. After about 5 mins, my skin was dry and I could feel her tools literally destroying my skin (my pores have never looked more stretched out, and I have never before had hyperpigmentation and scarring on my skin following a facial). She then, in some order, cursorily ran the microdermabrasion tool and high frequency over my face (maybe 5 mins total). She finally very unevenly put a mask on my face and proceeded to leave again for the next 20 minutes (I timed it this time). The entire time she was gone, I could hear her loudly talking to the other employees in the next room. She came back in, wiped the mask off with her rag, and then told me she was done. I honestly could have given myself a much better facial at home. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money to go to a better spa, as this one is grossly lacking in both the skincare and relaxation benefits of a facial. I personally will not be returning. Not sure if she was actually a licensed esthetician, but if she was, her license should honestly be taken away - she completely ruined my skin. read more

Do not come here! Do not let reinada touch your face! I came with clear skin and left with open wounds all over my face. The owner then says oh you're face is going to scab for 3 days as long as you don't touch the scabs you will be fine. Um what!??? This lady literally picked at my face to the point where i was asking her to relax because it was so painful. My face was finally clear it took me months to get my face this clear and reinada ruined it. I know have open wounds/ scabs/ and acne scars that are going to take weeks to get rid of. I'm still shaking and upset about this. If you give a shit about your face do not come here. On top of that reinada is a liar. I paid for microdermabrasion and she did not give it to me, she then lied straight to my face about giving it to me. That woman is a piece of work. The owner gave me a refund, but no amount of money is worth having your face ruined. read more

I booked an hour with the male masseuse, who's name I now forgot (there's also at least on female masseuse) and the Shiatsu massage was great. First time here and it was absolutely horrible customer service. My appointment was for 1 PM, I came in at 12:50 PM. After realizing nobody even noticed I was there I had to knock on the door for some attention since I heard chitchatting on the other side of that door , the lady responded with "we'll be with you now". Who can relax getting a facial when the esthetician doesn't stop talking!!! I heard her entire conversation in the waiting room. I sat back down in the waiting room and around 1:10 PM another worker comes out (me thinking she's going to call me in) and sits next to me on her phone. She tells me "oh you have an appointment with Tati" which I responded with "I have no idea who I have an appointment with since no one has attended to me....How long will she take since my appointment is for 1 PM?" She says "she was finishing up with a client". No worries I thought maybe she was falling behind. After another 5 minutes of waiting (1:20 PM , 30 minutes waiting in total) The worker sitting next to me gets up to go remind the women chatting behind the door that she has a 1PM appointment (me) which she responded with "I did not have anyone for 1PM" I immediately got up and left after that comment. I met Tatiana through a Groupon that was gifted to me. Like most men, we don't tend to take care of our skin like we should. This one time experience has turned into a monthly visit for now about 2+ years! I enjoy a great relationship with Tatiana who is a very professional, kind and caring aesthetician. I suffered from oily skin, pore issues on my nose and some acne. She did some very intense cleaning (sometimes slightly painful) but after the first few cleanings and treatments, my skin cleared up and using the dermapen treatment, the pores in my nose began to close up and heal. She is very knowledgeable with the latest dermatological practices. I highly recommend her and I am positive that you will have the same experience that I enjoy. I went with my husband to do a couples massage. And my husband had a lady who gave him a deep tissue massage and he said it was absolutely wonderful. I had the pleasure of having a Ariel to give me my massage. I was to the point where I could not move my neck nor my left arm. Ariel was able find every pressure point that was enabling me to move my neck. All I could say is that he ended up working a whole hour on my back, my neck and my arms. I was very dizzy when I got up. Ariel explained that he has been able to open up all the blood flow through my body. The next morning I literally woke up with no more pain and I felt amazing.
