I won't name their name but after fast inital reponse - nada. So I called my goto plumbers. We went out and bought a replacement water heater from Ferguson (check out my review for them - awesome). My wife and I dollied and manipulated all 137lbs of that bad boy into the garage. Edgar was my tech from Magnificent (He thought it was a "check" vs. "replace"). This could have been a disaster because we are now at New Year's Eve. They typically only do commercial water heater replacement but calls his boss, gets the gren light and because we are loyal customers, discounts the service cost. He tells me he can do it, calls to re-arrange some family plans and just makes it happen! At the end, he noticed a pipe with some carbon monoxide venting which he also fixed. We've used them on several different occasions and it's ALWAYS 5+ stars.

I immediately turned off the water main, and did a yelp search. I gave them a call and sent pictures. I had an appointment for 12-2 window. They showed just before 12. Indeed, my shower parts needed replacing but they also determined that the leaking from the ceiling in the garage was from a water heater pipe spraying water on the ceiling making it look like that. They fixed the shower situation, replaced my old water heater on the spot. The price was very reasonable, i didn't want to buy into a water heater plan, just give me close to whatever I had. Amazing what those 2 did in such a short time. They know what they're doing and how to price the services such that you don't have to shop around. That was what I experienced.

We opened the sewage cap, saw backflow water, and after trying to snake it ourselves, found out there were tree roots in our sewage pipe. Al arrived in the early morning and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I have a water leak or I should say had a water leak in my hallway bathroom tub's faucet. I had…read moreanother plumber come out a week ago and they put sealant on it and it appeared to be fine. I noticed yesterday (Saturday) there was a very slow drip. I placed a bin underneath went to sleep woke up and it was partially full. I called Roto because I needed the service today and not tomorrow. I was scheduled for today within a 2-hour window for my zip code. Guy, the technician, was great. He quoted me a price, went to get the cartridge that needed to be replaced and returned quickly. I also had a water restoration technician, Rolan, come out as well. I explained the water leak that had occurred from the drip down to the other unit was going to be taken care of by that owner and I would just pay for the materials. He provided information regarding condo insurance and what his work would cover. Guy showed me where my water turn off was located. He completed the work within 20 minutes. He went over the warranty for labor and not the part because Roto-Rooter didn't provide the part. He said the company would be willing to work with me in case there's a future issue by discounting the labor. I found a coupon on their app which he honored as well. This is my first time using this company and I am satisfied. I highly recommend from the initial call to the professionalism of the technicians. I got text updates as well. (should u choose that option) I'm going to look into their annual plan of $249 which would cover any future visits if needed. Parts may not be included, though labor appears to be. Cheers!
