He had to replace insulation in an outer wall and do some tricky cutting to fit the drywall around outlets, vents, and plumbing in the laundry room. He installed additional ceiling framing in the bathroom to ensure stability in the new ceiling. You would never know there had been any damage.

He finished the job within 5 hours. Great work and my painter was happy with the work and paint job was completed the next day. He even helped me secured the kitchen baseboard which came loose. Paid to replace kitchen lighting which didn't get completed. Unfortunately, the delays started. No answer on phone calls from reasons such as he said he didn't pay his phone service and then getting sick. Then finally no response at all. Now I'm left with half baked floors. I have other pictures I sent him and he mentioned that they will fix. This is sad because I think he was a nice person including Mark. I thought of giving them more projects and build trust. Not sure what happened. I asked for updates 3 times but haven't heard from him since.
