Their final offer: a $50 check arrived. Not close to covering the repair and replacement, and the whole experience left me feeling deceived.

I scheduled my moving day 2 weeks prior to my scheduled date. about 5 days before my scheduled move date. someone called to ask me if my schedule was flexible and if they could move me to Sunday. I explained I couldn't move my date as I had other things simultaneously happening with the move. The morning of our move my husband went to meet as discussed and no one showed. for an hour and a half he sat there trying to get ahold of someone at this company. when he finally got someone. They said they would not be out that day to move us as they had a scheduling conflict. Even though I got a confirmation from the office with the date of the move and again reiterated when they called to see if we could reschedule I said no. Updated Review - June 2026…read more I am updating my previous five-star review from August 2025 because my experience on June 19, 2026 was dramatically different. As a widow and parent of a medically fragile daughter, I chose this company specifically because of the excellent service I received last year. This time, the crew worked for approximately five hours with no complaints. The lead driver performed a walkthrough, used my bathroom, and the team packed and loaded belongings without raising any concerns about the condition of the home. Everything changed when it came time to move our stacked washer and dryer unit (329 lbs). Suddenly, the lead driver claimed the apartment was so filthy it was making him sick and they could no longer continue. This was the first time any issue was mentioned. Two days prior, maintenance workers had been in the same apartment and specifically commented on how clean it was. I was left with furniture, beds, and belongings still in the old apartment while the crew stopped for about an hour before disappearing. I had to scramble to figure out what happened to my possessions. Since arriving at the new place, we have also discovered multiple damaged items (couch, end table, broken patio chair, etc.) that were not damaged prior to the move. This experience was incredibly stressful and disappointing. I have no problem leaving glowing feedback when a company performs well -- I did so previously. Unfortunately, this move fell far short of the professional service I expected and paid for. I would not recommend or use this company again. And they still charged me $825 for half a move. --------------- Previous review from August 2025: I cannot say enough nice things about Ethan, Patrick and Chrisean who helped me and my daughter move.
