They sold a Chanel bag that was like new for more than I paid for it.They have beautiful clothing too. A very positive experience.

Used to be a good place to shop. No more -- it's now an over priced thrift store. The owner & the help are more interested in talking about personal stuff that should be .... Personal ... or sucking up to people who play them. It's gross to see how they kiss up to people who act like they're all that but ignore shoppers who don't cause a scene just because they're "in the house." Yuck. If you do decide to buy anything be really careful because many items have stains, marks, are "past their prime" or just not real. I even noticed that they have a man's shirt for sale there!!! Stopped in here during a rainy Saturday to poke around. I found a beautiful wool Theory jacket that I wasn't 100% sold on because the arms were a tad tight but still worked. Both of the women working were so helpful and offered to pick out sweaters for me to try on underneath so that I could really consider the purchase. I ended up taking the jacket in addition to another amazing jacket I found. When I was ready to check out, I asked if I could take $50 off the sticker price (one of the buttons needed to be fixed). The woman immediately said yes. She was so kind. I walked out of there so psyched about my purchases and would definitely recommend this store! Pleasantly surprised by this shop. I've definitely had the experience of going into this type of consignment store other places and finding the items disappointing or the staff unfriendly. In fact it took a few visits to the plaza to decide to go in. Very happy I did tho! Found the ladies working there to be friendly and helpful. They even brought me things to the fitting room they thought I'd like. The shop is well organized with lots of nice items ranging from Lilly Pulitzer up to Chanel. The prices aren't thrift store cheap but they seemed fair to me and I'm looking forward to going back. read more

I have lived for years where reviews were very important to me in my work. I rarely write reviews unless I'm really impressed or extremely disappointed. In this case , I happened to walk in on a Saturday with the things I wanted to sell . I didn't even have both feet in the door and the woman behind the register said "oh we don't take things on Saturday " not welcome in, How are you doing? I'll be with you in a moment and then explain the policy, " like oh let's schedule a time for you to return at your convenience !!" I looked at her and I said oh OK , and then she said and they have to come back on hangers and I walked out the door and I said to myself , they are not coming back at all. I drove a few miles , found another place, sold for cash, in hand spent a good deal! Terrible snobby customer service didn't even glance at the merchandise. Has anybody else noticed how many comments there are about them not being friendly and uptight ? If only they knew where other people came from!! After a disappointing conversation regarding a soiled dress and with holes in the seam, I cannot give a once favored shop a higher rating. I have shopped and purchased quite a bit and have brought friends and sent friends to this shop based on a well curated offer at good prices and lovely service. My bad that I didn't inspect this dress in store to see the condition it's in as they do not take returns. I did receive about 20% back in cash after asking "what can you do", but I now need to find a tailor and a way to clean the dress as I bought it for a client. Learn from my mistakes. read more

Visiting from out of state and had a terrible experience. No welcome in, which is normally not a big deal but will be relevant. When I went to try things on, it was noted by the owner that I had sand on me and could go out back with a paper towel to get it off before trying on. So, no welcome or any acknowledgment, but looking enough to know I had a small bit of sand on my leg. I go out front and brush off and come back to try on my items. I hang a few on the door while I'm changing and notice a hand in my dressing room and then a voice telling me not to hang items on the door. It felt like such a violation of privacy to have someone's hand in my fitting room - could they not have asked verbally instead of trying to move the hangers? I got dressed and left feeling pretty worthless to them as a customer and honestly kind of humiliated as a person. Don't bother - the stuff isn't anything special anyway. read more

Great place to find name brands such as dolce and gabbana, Helmut Lang, Parker, Theory, Free People, Etc.

The shop has "stuff", some out dated and over priced. Good to pick through like any other "thrift" shop. However the staff is stuck up and snobby! No greeting, no can I help you, nothing. Walked right past me as if I was invisible. Maybe it was my skin color or maybe because I wasn't carrying a used second hand LV bag. Regardless, customer service is a top priority for any store. The inventory is well merchandised by color, style and size. And they don't take in department store pieces, so you don't risk walking out with something you would purchase at the mall. read more

They are the most professional and have the best product. If you are a seller you will be paid promptly but because of their high standards and high clientele make sure everything is pressed and clean as they want it to show at its best. If you are a buyer know that they have thoroughly checked each piece for stains or mistakes and won't accept them ....like I said their standards are high as they should be. This is one of my favorites consignment stores. The items are well curated which means there aren't an overwhelming amount of "not so great" items and most pieces are truly worthwhile. I had bought a number of items there from shoes to clothing. I am so happy and will miss the store when I move shortly. read more

I hate to leave this review because I really did like to frequent this store However today I purchased a purse in here I asked them what was their authentication policy .. "Every bag is authentic in here " I go home take another look at the bag closely and realize I just over paid insanely for a bag ,so I called the store and the lady working there says she called the Consignee and she showed her a receipt from 2021 now mind you this is two years ago ( ummm can you find a receipt from two years ago in 3 min) I said well can I see the receipt so I can verify it? she said no it has her name on it. OK cut her name off of the receipt that shouldn't be a problem. We can't do that well to me that just sounds like a story ...wouldnt she want being a Store owner to satisfy a customer who comes in there at least once a week and spend hundreds of dollars? I definitely would. I just feel so disappointed being that I really try my best to support local small businesses. I honestly don't see an issue proving the bag is authentic . But I also blame myself for impulse buying so it is my fault for not being a smarter consumer I suppose.. lesson learned next time look prices up bc they have NWT pieces in a consignment store with prices more then the store it came from .. Just watch out everyone tries to pull the wool over on you ... I'd give this store 5 stars until today read more

Beautiful shop with more than fair prices. When I went in, there were even three rows of clearance at 50% off. The staff was friendly. There were chairs located in the front for my grandpa who was shopping with me. That sure is a plus! read more

May be a good find for buyers, but prospective consignors, BEWARE! As an experienced consignor, I checked in advance with staff/owner (?) in person to determine what items were currently being accepted. I arrived with garments on hangers as requested, and was greeted by an almost hyper individual who barely glanced at the items I brought before informing me that virtually everything was unacceptable. A quick look at several Prada handbags and a closer look at a Vuitton wallet, (all purchased by me at respective company's stores), were authoritatively dismissed as not authentic. My claims to the contrary were of no value, as this individual, who claimed to be the manager, insisted that she was an absolute authority due to her many years working in resale. The insinuation that I might be trying to sell fake items was rude and offensive. Name brand items in excellent condition such as St. John, Vince,Theory, Lafayette, Ralph Lauren and Lilly, all in style/ weights appropriate for summer wear were rejected, as were shoes, in brands that I had been told were acceptable, some in original boxes. Accepted were 3 linen tops and a 4th which I had to insist upon, since it was in the same category as the few already approved. There is simply no justification for treating a consignor (or for that matter anyone else) in such a rude and demeaning manner. There were no other customers present. Never again!! read more
