This Bloomingdale's has a little less variety than some of the other ones in South Florida. But that's OK. I like the setup of the handbag and women's clothing departments. They are easy to walk through and find what I am looking for. I was looking at buying a new perfume. Numerous people wanted to help me. This was distracting. I tried on a few perfumes and finally picked one. I am a Loyalist member which means I earn points for my purchases. Sometimes they offer bonus points or an actual gift card when shopping in the beauty department. This helps lowering the price in a way. I recommend joining this program because it is free and you can earn some valuable savings. read more

Wife and I were looking for a sectional sofa and went to the furniture department of this Bloomindales in Palm Beach Gardens Mall. Elaine was the furniture rep who waited on us. She was very pleasant and helpful in helping us pick out the right sofa. She said her job was to show us furniture and then it was up to us what we wanted to buy. That worked for me. We decided on a sofa which we are looking forward to receiving sometime in March. There was a sale on the sofa and shipping was free on the pieces we ordered. read more

On the 3rd floor before the furniture and China... it's tucked away and if you don't know about it- you can easily miss it.. for a Sunday after church I went with Wine and carrot cake... and shopping .. doesn't get better than that! Their soups are always delicious.. today they didn't have my favorite so I chose the carrot cake.. so glad I did.. their chocolate cake is also amazing!!!!enjoy!!! read more

I purchased my bed from them .. why??? Because I got the quality I was seeking .. sold by a customer rep who was very knowledgeable & at a great price .. I've had 16 back surgeries resulting from 2 combat injuries. This bed provides the greatest relief for my back & it doesn't make you sweat!! worst customer service experience ever! so if you purchase a "luxury " dress from Bloomingdales Palm Beach Garden and after awhile you decide to make a return with the receipt and the tag price( never worn)is not possible only if you're a black card holder... not even a store credit... I can't believe this... and if you try to call and talk with the store manager is impossible to...the purple card holder they don't have the same benefits like the black cards holder... So my advice for people purchasing "luxury items from palm beach garden Florida make sure you're reading the extremely small writing on the bottom of the receipt otherwise you will not be able to make a return! Went in for a return of shoes and a dress. The older woman at the counter literally looked at every inch of the dress inside and out searching for something to be wrong with it. The shoes which I never wore (just in the store when I was trying them on for size) and have light beige soles were also frowned upon. A manager was called and she agreed with the older woman and stated the shoes were not in " re sellable condition". I again explained the shoes were never worn and pointed out to the light colored soles, if worn they would be discolored. I was not allowed to return any of the items. They treated me like some sort of criminal, it felt very prejudicial. I have shopped and returned at many stores even better then Bloomingdale's with absolutely NO issues. I have never been made feel less of because of it either. Bloomingdale's you have to do better or you will no longer have a spot in retail. Unfortunately, I will no longer be shopping at Bloomingdales in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. I recently purchased a Tag Heuer men's watch on-line and I went to the fine jewelry department to have my watch sized and some links removed. A sales person told me that my watch "had too much liability" and "nobody would do that here". I was told to go to a jewelry store in the mall so they can assist me. I had to pay another $30 to jeweler just to take out two links from my watch. If my watch had too much liability, then why would Bloomingdales sell it and then not provide decent customer service? I asked for the corporate customer service number, but my request was refused by a sales person. Please note while I was visiting family in Manhattan, in July 2021, We went to the Bloomingdale's on 5th ave and had an amazing customer service experience. I purchased a diamond Michele for my fiancé and they happily removed extra links for her. We were not told to leave the store because our purchase was "too much liability" or "go to a jeweler". After my purchase of the Michele watch, I received 600 points towards another purchase, so I decided to buy a men's Gucci watch on-line. In one day, I returned the watch and had to wait over 60 min for a refund because "the watch was never logged into our system, so you have to wait for your refund". I think I counted three asset protection members watching me while I was just sitting for over an hour for a refund. I guess at Bloomindales, you only get good customer service if you are the right color of skin. If I treated my patients in this manner, I would not have a practice. If this is a high end store? and if so, Why do customers get treated this way? I just hope others do not have to go through my horrible experience I'm sure no one actually cares anymore how customers are treated, and that's a shame... hopefully one day the world will be a different place... Hopefully when I describe my experience on social media, Google and Yelp, someone hopefully wont make the mistakes I've made... What a disappointment. read more

We had an amazing experience at this store. We are from NY and were spending Christmas with our family in Palm Beach Gardens. In NY our annual tradition is to have lunch at Bloomingdales after shopping on the day after Christmas. This started when my mother was alive and we continue doing it in her honor even after her passing 4 years ago. This year we were able to continue our tradition of our "day after Christmas lunch at Bloomies" in Florida, only this time we were 12 people! The General Manager, Julia Palmer, walked by and stopped to talk to us. She is a remarkable and warm person. We told her about our annual tradition and how we were so happy to continue it in her store. She was moved by our story and the B'café staff was very accommodating and treated us like royalty. We will definitely continue visiting this store each time we are in Florida! read more

I love employees that go beyond their job description to be extra helpful and she sure did. I was also able to get personal carryout service. THEY SELL FAKE JEWELRY! My wife got a David Yurman ring. It broke. When we tried to have it fixed the jeweler told us it was fake. Bloomingdales at first said it was real, but then said it was Indeed fake. Despite providing Bloomingdales with the receipt and documentation they refused to do anything to remedy the situation. To make matters worse the Jewelry Manager Cindy Livingston, and General Manager, Laura Gallo, repeatedly lied and then destroyed key parts of our documentation. I don't live near The Gardens but have no fear, Nazila is here. If I can't get to the store, she will help with a call. Purchased a mattress set at Bloomingdales in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. After two weeks the mattress had a large indentation in the mattress. After contacting the store, we were told that regardless of the time, they will charge a restocking fee of 10% if we wanted a new mattress. It has been 3 weeks and we are still with the bad mattress. We were told by customer service that the person in managment that needs to approve the return is on vacation. We purchased this from Bloomingdales, spending more, for higher quality product & service, but we were sadly mistaken!
