But as time went on, I noticed the main teacher at precious moments, Tereza, is very burnt out. She is a sweet lady but does not know how to handle all of those young children on her own. Children climbing all over and falling, it wasn't a pleasant thing to see when I would stay for a few minutes when dropping/picking him up. The most concerning thing is the owner Geraldine. She talks about other parents in the establishment and seems to be always running like a chicken with no head. She forgot my son's and my name numerous of times and admitted to me there are no cameras inside or outside of the premises. I don't know about other parents but when involving little children, there should be cameras at ALL TIMES. They are unprofessional and do not know how to handle situations at hand especially when there are issues with confidentiality and their staff members. Please do your research before putting your child anywhere! My son is at another daycare and he absolutely loves it. I will be writing a review for them as well. I just wanted to educate and have other parents aware so that they don't make the same mistake as I did! This is our children, they should be "safe and sound" no matter where they are.

That just confirms to me that i made the right decision of leaving and not attending the tour. All the pictures being portrayed on their website is definitely not what I saw yesterday to me.
