Preschool playhouse was amazing for my son. He was not diagnosed with ADHD at the time but they really took the time to get to know his ins, outs and personality. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCHOOL!!! Our kid which is 2 years old started 2 weeks ago, had 8 full days at school, had a tantrum yesterday (1/22/24) and got kicked out because of that. They even told us no major incidents happened until 1 tantrum yesterday. The lack of communication is beyond terrible, I've sent 3 emails within 10 days and 0 response. Do you want to leave your kid in a place that will not communicate with you? Our kid has 2 speech therapists who go there and NOTHING was relayed to them or us. We had a meeting with Adam about what happened and requested a written report in relation to the tantrum. He told us he would have it by the end of the week and 30 minutes later after we left, he called us and said he couldn't give us the report. He said he discussed this with the board of directors which we requested to meet and he declined 100%. He told us this was unnecessary. However, as a parent who picked their child up severely distressed (she seemed to be crying for a long time) we felt this was totally necessary. I believe they have zero knowledge about an early childhood education. I would give this place 0 or minus stars if I could. It's a total disgrace how we and our daughter were treated. read more

As a mother of 2 daughters who attended Preschool Playhouse many years ago, and now as a Grandmother of 2 who attended recently I must say the Fiala family does an amazing job caring and preparing children for a successful transition to kindergarten. The children who attend Preschool Playhouse are taught empathy towards others and truly learn how to interact with their peers and adults. Preschool playhouse provided my family with a sense of community, support and lifelong friends! The teachers and staff are dedicated, committed and empathetic to the growth, education and well-being of each child! The teacher's know each child personally to accommodate and meet the scholastic needs of the students. The first few days of drop off were difficult for my son, but they really were so amazing and warm by day 3 no more tears!!! The best part of preschool playhouse was knowing all their social-developmental needs were being met-and knowing that even at pick up when i would ask "what did you do today" i would get smiles a we had a good day and know my inbox would be flooded with pictures and a huge written description of the day's activities!!! I honestly can't say enough about Preschool Playhouse. My two boys started there three years ago when my eldest was 3 and my youngest 18 months. I think all parents want the assurance that their children are in the best of care when out of our own supervision. From the moment I leave them at Preschool, I always know they are in excellent hands. I never worry. The directors, teachers and staff are always so caring and professional and very attuned to each child's individual needs and habits.I always know that my children are appreciated and loved. Preschool Playhouse is a family business, and you truly feel that your children are part of a "family". The staff members have been employed at Preschool Playhouse for a number of years. I really love the consistency and the fact that these are established educators. This is not your typical revolving door daycare where teachers come and go. Not only did they help to foster the social growth of both my boys, but they have grown academically in leaps and bounds. As an educator myself, I am so impressed to see the wealth of knowledge my boys attain and share with me each and every day. My eldest son began half day public school kindergarten this year, and had adjusted to this transition beautifully. This is due in a large part to the foundation that Preschool Playhouse established for him. I hope to recommend Preschool Playhouse to any parent looking for an excellent daycare, preschool, or kindergarten setting. While I luckily do not have my child there my friends was for a year. Now this was 2 yrs ago but when I had picked her up on multiple occasions I found her nose so stuffy and congested I don't know how she was able to breathe. It was quite chaotic and the staff seemed scattered and very disorganized. Thankfully my friends daughter has since left there and is thriving at a wonderful pre school now. This place resembles a kennel with kids in cramped rooms with colorful doors and teachers or assistants chasing their tails. I would say you get what you pay for but I believe this place is quite pricey although I cannot see why. You think they could find the time to wipe a child's nose. read more

My children attended PSPH and we all could not be happier! Though it is true that they are more expensive than other daycares/schools, it's worth the extra money. My kids enjoy going to school and learning, they take interesting field trips and school projects, such as going to a local bank and taking out a "business loan" for their "bakery". I don't know of any other school that teaches math with such a real world example. The teachers and aides are accommodating and willing to talk to you at any time of the day. One teacher called me at 9pm because that was the only time I was free. Yes, pickup and drop off are chaotic, but it's like that anywhere you go. And yes, kids get the sniffles, but I've never had any issues with hygiene at PSPH. In fact, I think my kids have had LESS colds here than at any of the previous places they've been. It may not be for everyone, but I've been very pleased thus far. read more

An amazing environment for your children to learn and grow! Wonderful and caring staff. Adam and his staff are approachable and accommodating. My children are well taken care of. I have never picked up my children and felt like they were neglected. (A runny nose was always wiped!!!!) The curriculum being taught is amazing. When my daughter entered kindergarten she was well-prepared. My two children who currently attend Preschool Playhouse have grown leaps and bounds. I could never ask for a more nurturing and caring environment for my kids. I am comfortable knowing that while my husband and I are at work, my children are, most importantly, being LOVED!!! read more
