Everything was done by e-mail/text/phone call. Angela was an absolute pleasure to deal with and Jessica deserves extra kudos for working around our final walk-through schedule when Hurricane Florence threw everyone off. The service was on point; the ladies had quite a project on their hands with a 1,300 sq. ft. town home we moved out of and needed deep cleaned. We have been using A Step Above N Beyond for three years now. We are always blown away by how clean and fresh our home is after a cleaning. We live in a standard 3/2 and just get the minimum three hours every three weeks. But, in spite of a build up of grime, our cleaners never fail to deliver an excellent result.
