Multiple times I asked for afternoon cleanings to adjust to my work schedule or my granddaughter's schedule. They struggled to schedule a time that was convenient for us. Many times they would come much earlier or much later than the scheduled time. That makes it very difficult when you have children that you need to take out of the house while it's being cleaned. Cleanings started becoming lackluster. For example, the shower would get sprayed with cleaner but not scrubbed so it actually looked dirtier after it was "cleaned." Most times we had to re-make our bed because they only put the top sheet on the bed but wouldn't tuck it in at the foot of the bed and corners. When we mentioned these things, we got apologies but the habits did not change. In May 2026 we got charged an extra $15 for a "porch clean" that we did not authorize. Not only did we get the extra charge, but when I went upstairs, I discovered that the entire upstairs had not been cleaned at all. They refunded the money. This is when we decided we would give one last chance. Then on the most recent visit July 2026, we came home to our back door unlocked and our fireplace on!!! 2 safety hazards!!! We were so upset. It was 96° outside that day, and the heat of the fireplace was adding to the work of the air conditioning trying to cool the house. But more importantly than that, we would never leave our fireplace on unattended!! This was the last straw for us. We could no longer trust that our home would be safe. We cancelled our service immediately.
