Furthermore, he often attends to courses during the weekends to further improve his practice. This tells a lot on his mentality: providing the best care for his patients. In my case, sessions included mostly spotting areas of muscle tightness, active release and gastron. After the session (and not during, unlike most other PTs), I would then perform stretching and strengthening following what he had taught to me. I also very much appreciate his willingness to answer any question I would ask. I tend to ask many questions, typically of the form "What is the impact of X on medical condition Y, and why". For each question, he would carefully reflect on the human physiology and provide a very scientific answer (I'm familiar with medical research).
