In my case, sessions included mostly spotting areas of muscle tightness, active release and gastron. After the session (and not during, unlike most other PTs), I would then perform stretching and strengthening following what he had taught to me. I also very much appreciate his willingness to answer any question I would ask. I tend to ask many questions, typically of the form "What is the impact of X on medical condition Y, and why". For each question, he would carefully reflect on the human physiology and provide a very scientific answer (I'm familiar with medical research).

During treatment, Linda gave me 1:1 care for my tennis elbow and for my lower back pain. I received cross fiction massage and ultrasound therapy for the tennis elbow/forearm pain as well as exercises. She also provided home exercises for me and I could immediately see a difference with the pain levels. All throughout, she was attentive, listened to my concerns and worked with me to make sure I was improving. Besides giving first class treatment, Linda was respectful of my time - I have a very demanding job, which makes it hard to schedule appointments. Linda worked with me to give me a late time slot; she was super responsive to my emails/texts/calls; she also made sure I could attend the re-evaluations, making me feel supported and prioritized.
