In my case, sessions included mostly spotting areas of muscle tightness, active release and gastron. After the session (and not during, unlike most other PTs), I would then perform stretching and strengthening following what he had taught to me. I also very much appreciate his willingness to answer any question I would ask. I tend to ask many questions, typically of the form "What is the impact of X on medical condition Y, and why".
