Billing issues have been the main concern. They keep sending me a bill for $12.00 after I paid it and tried to reach their billing office. Was told I would receive a call from a billing supervisor and never did. The doctor was greedy and was more interested in a high price surgery and the phone calls were harassing trying to get a follow up appt and would not take NO for an answer. Will be calling the BBB on this one. Not pleased at all. Will not recommend this to anyone!!!!

I have to carry too much stuff around and need to have a locker to keep things in. This gym did offer that. However, constant turnover caused a disruption where they began renting every locker. This caused them to stop renting every locker. I felt it unfair the entire group be penalized bc of gym management turnover and irresponsibility. It was only taken from the women's side apparently, and (after a recent call bc I was going to give them business again) bc the female side is smaller and get too busy with classes...sounds like changes need to be made...just saying

It is a home sauna (2 seater) and has a really hard time holding temperature. It takes a very long time to heat up and is often turned down when used by some of the elderly members. Once I realized that, I canceled my membership to join another gym that offers commercial grade sauna services.
