I was not sleeping well with spasms in my hand at night. After about 6 months of trying to remedy myself, I thought I'd try physical therapy. I wanted a place that was near my home, familiar and not so crazy busy like other practices. The office staff was super friendly and easy to work with. Kelsey was my primary PT and provided good movement/stretches that I could do at home. He individually focused on me during my sessions. The pain/numbness is lessened and mobility much improved. I have to carry too much stuff around and need to have a locker to keep things in. This gym did offer that. However, constant turnover caused a disruption where they began renting every locker. This caused them to stop renting every locker. I felt it unfair the entire group be penalized bc of gym management turnover and irresponsibility. It was only taken from the women's side apparently, and (after a recent call bc I was going to give them business again) bc the female side is smaller and get too busy with classes...sounds like changes need to be made...just saying

It is a home sauna (2 seater) and has a really hard time holding temperature. It takes a very long time to heat up and is often turned down when used by some of the elderly members. I have had fibromyalgia for 20 years, and have been dealing with perimenopausal symptoms for a couple of years along with an imbalance of my hormones associated with fibromyalgia for the last 5-8 years where I basically felt half dead. I had lost hope, and joy in everything in life. My bloodwork came back showing that my testosterone was pretty low. I received my pellets in early November, and while they said it could take 6 weeks to 6 months to really notice, I noticed at about the end of the first week after receiving them. I'm pretty sensitive to these things. It is now almost January, and my energy has skyrocketed, I'm starting to feel like my self again. I sincerely appreciate the care I have received at this clinic, and plan to continue coming here forever. I am excited to get my next dose in February. I definitely won't miss it. Billing issues have been the main concern. They keep sending me a bill for $12.00 after I paid it and tried to reach their billing office. Was told I would receive a call from a billing supervisor and never did. The doctor was greedy and was more interested in a high price surgery and the phone calls were harassing trying to get a follow up appt and would not take NO for an answer. Will be calling the BBB on this one. Not pleased at all. Will not recommend this to anyone!!!!

I have seen all of the providers at this business, and They ALL go out of their way to make sure you receive the best possible treatment. Another (a NP) told me she would prove that every one of my several symptoms was not due to a particular condition that I believe I have. She never proved anything and never any followup to check on it. I am obese but was told I looked pretty good so I never got any help with that. When the Medicare GLP-1 bridge program started I hoped to participate but that didn't work out. I could have then been covered by Part D but the doctor (NP) would have had to work with me. Instead she blamed any issue on the nurse, and said she would not see me again. Now I am looking for a new doctor which I should have done years ago.
