We did the 3D / 4D premier package ultrasound and it was perfect and super fun to see our little one in a different way! I came in at 35 & 36 weeks because we had to do a redo 15 min appt. I've been here twice, now, for gender scans at around 18weeks. The staff is always SO friendly and sweet. The last time I went (back in April) the US room had been updated and there was SO much comfy seating for my whole family to be able to be there. They have a whole room full of different stuffed animals that you can choose from and put a heartbeat recording inside. This advanced technology assist parents today in early comfort. To be able to see and hear your baby is glorious and brings peace. We had a room full of family who enjoyed in sharing together the experience and memory we had at 11 weeks and look forward to the next one in a few more weeks. I applaud Storks View as we certainly can not do this in a drs office in 2021. Very friendly. Very comfortable rooms. I had such a great experience here. I am so grateful that the staff has some medical knowledge and is willing to share it. They shared something that basically saved me from possibly causing a miscarriage. What they mentioned I brought it up to my OB and she confirmed what they said. This to me makes the $70 I spent completely worth it. Ultrasound and medicine is not always perfect. There is always a chance they could give you the wrong gender info. So just FYI for those reading those other negative reviews. However the staff and facilities are really great! They took such time and gave us some great photos. We had our appointment today to find out the gender of our baby is. We didn't want to know while at the appointment because we bought a football to fill with pink or blue powder that we were going to kick open while recording it for our family members. We wanted to be surprised on the recording as well. Mother Teresa (she told us we could call her that) was FANTASTIC! We still got the full experience without finding out the gender until later. She filled the football for us, took a picture with both of the "it's a boy" and "it's a girl" signs so we would have the right picture, and we got to choose a stuff animal that she put in a plastic bag to take home and open so it wouldn't ruin the surprise for us. This place was everything and more. It exceeded our expectations! I would definitely recommend A Stork's View to anyone who is expecting! read more

While the facilities and the staff were incredibly wonderful. The quality of the images were not what I expected for the price we paid.

Beware of this place! WRONG GENDER REVEAL!!! I planned on surprising my kids with a photography photo reveal and got in last minute to find out a surprise gender reveal. The tech was really friendly and the staff fit me in last minute but it seems they were rushed... the tech put the reveal photo in an envelope and was certain that the baby was cooperating to give her accurate results. We did the very expensive photography photoshoot to reveal "girl" but a few weeks later at my OBGYN appointment she told me we were in fact having a BOY. You can imagine how disappointed my 6 year old daughter was when we had to explain to her that she was no longer having a little sister but another brother plus all the money spent on the photo reveal was a complete waste. don't waste your money on this place. It's not worth the disappointment. Thank God we found out before I had the baby!! That would have been much worse!! read more

Absolutely loved this place! Found out my babies gender at week 17! It's a boy the tech was so helpful and comforting with everything. She was just a few minutes late but had a super extensive ultrasound and even gave us a few 4D pics because of that! Would definitely recommend to expecting moms for comfort, reliability and the options they have if you want heartbeat bears, spacial image packages, and repeats of baby doesn't want to cooperate.. or even to bring family along. I went to a storks view today. I drove down from South Carolina to see family and they got me in on the very last appointment. They were incredibly polite and SOOOO understanding. They allowed me To get on their wifi to face time with my husband who is deployed. They offer military discounts and had several packages available that were better prices than anywhere!!! A Stork's View is my favorite place to go in Jacksonville to see our baby. I've been here twice already, and I'm only 25 weeks. I tried out Discovery ultrasound, and had an unpleasant experience, so I will always be a returning and loyal customer to A Stork's View. The facility is very clean and professional. There is a big couch for family to sit on in the room with you. The staff here are incredibly patient, and I DO NOT feel rushed, ever. They were patient with my baby, and I found out here that I was having a boy at 15 weeks! Highly enjoyable experience, and I will definitely be back. read more

I feel very conflicted writing this review. Our first 2 visits were wonderful: beautiful facility, comforting environment, overall a great experience. We had an appointment for my daughters' 3rd trimester visit last night and when we showed up (very early) the doors were locked and the lights were off. I called and was told they closed and tried to call me. Which, in all fairness they did. I had 3 missed calls (NO voicemails) but they came while I was at work where I don't use my cell phone from 8-5. Immediately after work we got ready to go there which is a 45 minute drive and you never know about traffic which is why we were so early. We all were incredibly disappointed, frustrated about wasting time and embarrassed that we had people meeting us there who also had to make a long drive. But all of that wasn't even the worst part, the very worst part was the "oh well" attitude from the Gal on the phone. No apologies, no "lets schedule you another appointment" just pure rudeness. I completely accept my responsibility for not responding to the confirmation test that was sent Sunday, I didn't realize it was MANDATORY to respond. According to April, their policy is the bottom line, not the customer, not the service. read more

Been there twice, both times with April. I absolutely love this place and loved her (the lady April). I came the first time because I was impatient and wanted to make sure everything was fine with the baby and didn't want to wait two weeks until my first appointment. The second time, I came at 15 weeks and 3 days and they did the 3D/4D live to determine that I'm having a girl. I will be back for a 4D to see her little face before I get too far along. This place is amazing and they have good prices and awesome discounts for return visits in the same pregnancy. My insurance doesn't cover the 4D live sonogram so it was $80 at my regular doctors office or $75 with the return discount at Storks View $99 - 25% off. A Storks View has a large TV for easy viewing and a huge sectional to bring family and friends and is camera and video friendly. We were able to fit my SO, grandparents, mom and step dad, two brothers, sister in law, niece, and nephew -- all while having my SO's mother in video chat the whole time -- comfortably. We also got the 4D live video on CD to take home and had options to buy heartbeat keepsakes and heartbeat bears. This was an amazing way to include the closest members of our family in a gender reveal without throwing and extra party in addition to a baby shower. I would recommend A Stork's View to anyone. When I go back, I'm getting the prenatal massage package with the 4D sonogram to see my little girl's face! read more

My husband and I have had two children, and are pregnant with baby #3 and I can say with all honesty that this was by far the best ultrasound experience we have ever had. I've been here twice and my experience has been great! I can't remember the tech's name but she did my ultrasounds both times and she was very nice and pleasant to work with. I took off one star from my review because when I arrived to the office during my first visit, there was no one in the reception area, no one to help me and husband, so we had to sit and wait and hope someone comes out to help. They eventually did. It seems there was just one person working at the time but it was a bit awkward to walk into a business and not get greeted or helped by anyone. read more
