We have used Springfield Overhead Doors by Hart several times at different locations, for different…read morereasons from fixing existing doors to replacing doors. every time they have been professional, courteous, reliable, and affordable. once they even suggested a cheaper fix for us and said it was a better quality solution, anyway, even if it didn't get them more money. Honesty and Integrity are hard to find in businesses these days, so I'd recommend them any day. During the installation, the installer realized he had the wrong color weather tripping, apologized, and was back a few hours later to finish that part of the job. Definitely showed he cared about doing the job properly and to our satisfaction. The only thing keeping me from giving five stars is that their process of confirming an appointment was not consumer-friendly. They called the day before, within an hour of the close of business, to try to confirm...I had told them I would not be available to confirm that day because I was traveling. However, they were going to reschedule if they could not confirm an appointment the day before the appointment, within an hour or so of close of business? I get that some people are chaotic with their appointments and don't remember them, but that's really not my fault. Perhaps a fee for cancelling the day of would be more appropriate? Either way, that process keeps me from giving a 5 star recommendation, but I would still use them if I ever needed maintenance or repair for our brand new garage door.
