They said they'd be at my house between 4:30 and 5:00. At 4:45 Tom pulled up to my house. He took a look at my door, explained why the door had failed (previous owner installed it wrong) and started fixing it right away. The work was done well. My garage door opener is old and doesn't have many safety features. When I called to schedule the appointment I mentioned I'd like a quote for a new opener. Even though he knew I was looking to get a new opener, Tom took the time to oil the chain and adjust the machine so it was working well. I was very pleased with his work and attention to detail. I thought the quote for the opener was reasonable and he'll be coming out next week to install it. I highly recommend Superior. THe work and service are first rate.

Another AAA tow achieved that and they felt confident they could fix it. We spent the rest of the morning there. All staff were friendly and polite. They offered donuts, water, pop, and coffee. The waiting area had comfortable chairs and was very clean. Restrooms were also clean. The staff kept us abreast of what they found and that they would be able to get parts and repair today. They were fair and transparent on pricing and accomplished getting us back on the road within hours instead of days. We were very happy to support a small business with capable and friendly staff.
