This is your job to do this!!!! I hate to think about all the homes that you have neglected in such a manner. Both companies agreed that the issue was from the two ducts laying on the floor and not hung as well as the mold mediation company. Shame on you and your company. I don't know how you sleep at night. As far as the venting area, you're speaking of it has a roof over it. It has nothing to do with the moisture and has never blown any moisture inside. The fact of the matter, also is that I paid for my whole attic to have new blown insulation and you did not do that job, you failed to remove any old debris, stated in your contract was absolutely no new insulation when the ceiling came out for rebuild only the old stuff fell through run from this company.
