Took almost two months from starting to call them, to get them to call me back, and then to get on their schedule (in hindsight I should have switched to someone else but unfortunately stuck with the dealer's recommendation). Eventually, they came out and got the insert installed but the custom surround did not fit correctly and they said there was nothing they could do about it. They basically told me it looked fine even though it didn't fit as contracted or designed. Further they said if I didn't like it I would have to determine if I wanted to order another custom surround or get a stone mason in and then get straight with the dealer, then they would come back and adjust and finalize the install. I got a stone mason to shave some stones to get the unit to fit but could never get these guys to answer the phone and finish the job. Called them probably 25 times over three weeks and left messages. Didn't give them 1 star because the install was ok except for the surround but I would never use them again from the sheer frustration in dealing with them. There are other good folks out there who are reliable, easy to work with and take pride in their work. These guys aren't reliable or easy to work with and clearly don't take pride in their work.

I sent him photos to his cell phone of the unit and its placard. He found the parts needed to fix my fireplace, and was back in 2 weeks to complete the 2 hour repair. It was a fraction of the cost of completely replacing the unit. Not cheap, but guaranteed to last. And they gave me a remote control as a bonus. Grateful for their availability. I used a highly rated company (C1) found on Yelp in the spring to turn on my boiler. They…read morecouldn't. They told me that I had to have the gas company to turn the gas on. They also charged me for cleaning. When the heating season came, I had the gas turned on, I called C1 again to get my boiler turned on. They still couldn't bug quitedc me to replace both valves for $4k or get a new boiler for $8500. OHA was the second company came to give me a diagnostic. Mr Bryan discovered that the water pipes were completely empty and found a spot on the radiator where the pipes were disconnected. No wonder the boiler won't turn on! However, OHA doesn't repair radiator pipes so he left me this valuable information without charging me a penny! I found a 3rd company came to repair the valves and saved thousands from the 1st company. Forever thankful for Mr Bryan!

Where to start. I have been eagerly saving up for a concrete pad in my shop for years and Martinez…read moreLandscaping sh*t all over my dream. They poured concrete on 3/10/2025 and on 3/19, I decided to pay them the last bit just so they would stop bothering me. I feel sick looking at the terrible job they did. There's holes all over my concrete from shotty finishing and not vibrating, there's 3/8" low spots that hold water everywhere. They had to install a "bump" at the entrance so the garage door would meet the pad. From day 2, the garage door didn't close anymore. When I mentioned this to them, they sent out someone who opted to grab materials hanging off my wall, and come up with a "makeshift" solution rather than actually fixing it. I later fixed it myself in literally 5min. The "bump" they formed in isn't smooth and is completely different from one side to the other. I'm having to buy materials to redo it myself (Hundreds of dollars in material). They didn't cut in a single stress relief line in the whole 30x30 pad so I had to buy tools to do that too. They installed "drains" at the front of my shop so water would have somewhere to go. Naturally, they opted to steal conduit from my storage without even mentioning anything to me. On top of their thievery, the drains didn't even work. Their solution? Send someone over to hammer through the slab with rebar so the water drains under my slab... Causing erosion issues in the future. I should have hired an American company from the start. Not some unprofessional day labour company. Absolutely a total waste of money and I sorely regret ever giving them a dollar. I 100% could have done a better concrete job and I'm an electrician!
