Kim and Alex have helped us out with 4 different computers now. We had one that gave us problems to remove the data. It couldn't transfer. So that one was no charge. But Alex got data off another desktop. Recently I had issues with a laptop. Kim was able to clean it up and add a anti virus to it. Ad Alex put a new hinge on it. I took my computer in because my Wifi quit working. The A Team worked through the problem and realized the underlying problem was the corrupted Windows 10 operating system on my computer. That added up because my Windows 10 hadn't been working properly. They fixed it quickly and I haven't had any further problems. They also recommended I consider a new security program when they saw I had Kaspersky as my primary security program. Now a couple of weeks later I learn that Best Buy has stopped selling Kaspersky and the Government has issued orders that all Kaspersky security software be deleted from their computers. I will be going into see the A Team tomorrow for their recommendation for a new computer security program. I went to the A Team because my son took his computer to them several years ago and was very satisfied with their work. read more

They got big enough to not care about the average residential customer and the Red Headed Lady has major anger management issues. She doesn't like you the minute you approach the counter with her scowl and it doesn't matter if you've been a customer for umpteen years, just sorry it took so long to wisen up as Al was fairly decent to customers, however, overpriced computers then they break (hardware mostly) so they gotcha coming and going. They don't last long, I've had two built there....I like my HP from Best Buy Best! read more
