Very inconvenient location for me, but other than that I found their service to be very good. For a fairly reasonable price and within a reasonable amount of time they diagnosed and fixed my computer and got me back to work. The tech took the time to explain to me what was going on before, during and after, in language and terms appropriate to my knowledge level (somewhere between clueless and able to fix it myself). There isn't a low enough rating for this business. I bought a PC from them 2 years ago and have had nothing but trouble. I've spent over $300 in the last 6 months and its worse than ever. My PC freezes and mouse and keyboard become unresponsive. My PC is totally unusable. They've been unable to diagnose and repair and I've had it there 3x over the last 6 mos. New graphics card and fresh Windows install which was a complete waste. I really think its a bad motherboard or hard drive. I can't be taking it in and without it for days. I'm buying a new PC. It's a good thing they appear to be out of business. Phone number disconnected and website down. My son had a new display installed in his laptop. Less than one year later and its out again. Kudos to the staff at PC Clinic on National Avenue in New Berlin for quickly and effectively repairing hardware issues on my older desktop PC at a very reasonable price. Merdad attentively listened to me describe the issues and offered possible suggestions without trying to sell me services I didn't need. He clearly explained the reasonable price schedule. I got a call about 2 hours later the repairs were complete! When I picked up the PC, Merdad clearly explained the repairs, started up the PC and I launched a few applications to confirm the problems were fixed. I have passed here so many times on my way to the post office. The owner is really honest. I needed to replace the hardware (motherboard) on my laptop I own an HP, its barely two years old the owner told me to call HP and negotiate with them to get it fixed. He was going to charge me over $300. IT WORKED. I don't know to many business owners who would go out of the way like this for any for their customers. I've gone to PC Clinic for many years. I had been satisfied until I bought a new computer from PC Clinic. It's a piece of JUNK! It wasn't right from day one and got worse. I was very specific about what I wanted. None of it was done correctly. The only thing this computer is good for is to run Word and Excel everything else is too much for it. Bought a Dell all-in-one from Costco in 2014 and the DVD drive ate a CD and wouldn't eject. PC Clinic was assigned the warranty repair by Costco. Merdad, the owner, called me and scheduled a time for him to personally pick my computer up. He asked if I had any other issues with the PC since the warranty was about to run out and he'd be happy to take care of whatever. He drove away and a couple days later called me indicating that after testing, it was a bad DVD drive and he'd be installing a new one and that the operating system would need to be reinstalled to ensure the new one would work as well. He also said he discovered a few other issues and gave me the option of stopping in to drop off a flash drive to save all my docs/pics prior to wiping and reinstalling the operating system. I showed up with a flash drive that didn't have enough memory, and instead of selling me a new one for $50, Merdad saved my files on his and then dropped them back on my computer after completing the fixes for easy access. Once complete, he called and scheduled a time to drop the computer off at our home and walked my wife through the process of accessing our files and demo's the new DVD player for her. While in his store, I talked with Merdad for some time about the potential of building a new PC for my kids. Although we are leaning towards a laptop, he told me what to look for and what to consider purchasing at the big box store if that's the route I go. I have a few older PCs that I'll be bring in for him to fix and ensure we can retain our older family pictures. His friendliness and customer service won me over and I'd highly recommend anyone having computer issues give PC clinic a call. read more

I have been a customer of PC clinic for nearly 20 years. I trust the owner to do the work right and he has not disappointed me. The have built at least five computers for me over the years and he has repaired my laptops when needed it. This is a company that was founded by its proprietor and he takes pride in his work. My only problem with PC Clinic is that for fast service I have to go to the New Berlin shop and it is too far for small repairs. But for the big stuff, I don't think twice about calling. read more

My computer got sent to PC Clinic as a subcontractor for a warranty that I purchased from a reputable big box store. PC Clinic contacted me to get the specifics about my computer prior to me sending it to insure that they would have the parts necessary to fix it and guaranteed that the repairs would be completed within 7-10 days. More than 10 days passed before I received a call letting me know that they "needed to order a part" for my computer and it would take a few more days. About 2 1/2 weeks after I sent the computer to them, I finally received my computer back to find that it had been improperly packaged and the screen was destroyed in transit. I also sent in my PC with an Intel I5 processor, but the computer I received had an I3 sticker on the front. I called to complain about the damage and the downgrade. I spoke to Verdad from the Warranty division, who talked over me, told me not to worry about not having a computer, and just give him time. Verdad told me that he knows that FedEx mishandles nearly all of the computers they ship through them and stated that PC Clinic would not take any responsibility for the damage despite the fact that the computer was packaged improperly. Verdad guaranteed me that the I3 sticker was just a sticker and my computer actually had an I5 processor inside. Verdad also told me how to verify this. I attempted to verify what processor was in the computer and learned that it is in fact an I3 processor. This experience is admittedly through a third party, but PC Clinic has demonstrated horrible customer service and extreme incompetence. They downgraded my computer without ever advising me that I would be receiving anything less than what I sent them and tried to cover that fact up when asked about it. They have refused to pay for the damages and only offered to have me send the computer back to them for additional repairs that they will not guarantee a time frame or promise a replacement computer. read more
