He never called, texted or made any attempt to contact me. It has been a month since I've been trying to get this resolved. I called and texted many times!! I wonder if he thinks since I'm not longer in the area it's not going to matter. I hate to write this review as I don't like downing people and their businesses but I feel like I have no choice. I don't want someone else to have this Frustrating experience and financial burden to fix it. Just use someone else if you want anyone with integrity. Thanks

I again hired Trevin and Nate to move my stuff once I found a place in September 2020. Again they were dependable, hard working and professional. A few weeks later I bought a patio wood, metal set I needed to be moved. Nate and another young man moved the patio set. Running Bear is the best moving company I've ever hired! I have some antiques so I value their moving crew being careful.

After we notified them of this mistake they sent someone to pick up stuff and then proceeded to forget items again so I had to call again for them to pick up someone else's stuff. We prepaid for a year of storage but then for 4 months straight they continued to charge me every month and I would have to call up and ask for a credit again and for them to reverse the charge. All of these errors and issues done while they continue to state they don't make mistakes. I would love for another mover and storage company in the area.

They fully understood the job, and clearly explained the process and gave me a very reasonable estimate on the spot and I was able to schedule the move later in the same week. I received the required documents electronically, and the process was very transparent and clean. The two movers, Jacob and Dylan, called me the day of the move, and offered to arrive earlier than the appointment, if it was convenient (which it was). They arrived ready to work and were exceptionally polite, skilled, and professional. They treated my things with extreme care, and took pains to ensure that my home was not damaged or marred with the move. They also respected that we would be charged an hourly rate, so they wasted NO time in getting the job done safely and efficiently. I cannot say enough of my experience with this moving firm. We texted a few times to make sure we were on their schedule I texted him the week before to confirm the date and that I would text him when the truck was at our house. They not only didn't show up but didn't return my calls or texts. We had to scramble to find people to help us load the truck so that we could vacate the house in time for the new owners to move in.

They spent a good amount of time moving and charge hourly, but it did not feel like they were dragging it out at all, and very importantly treated my household goods with respect as they would their own. Their teamwork was on point. At no point did I feel like my belongings were jeopardized by bad communication or anything like that.
