If I had to go back, I would just hire a handyman to do the trim and close up entries.

In my search for 'humane rodent removal' I ran across ARR. On the website they explain that regardless of the remediation method they treat every animal with respect and dignity. Businesses can say anything they want and not mean it, but upon meeting the owner Michael, hearing his genuine concerns with the environment and how to use methods that were humane and would not poison the surrounding ecosystem, it was clear that he meant it. He took time to explain his approach, and was kind and understanding of my request to do as little harm as possible. He didn't make me feel silly, because I was concerned about a creature (even a pest) and took that into account in his proposed plan. He completed a detailed inspection of the areas inside the house, the attic, outside the house and property, and identified an entry area where they were getting into my enclosed laundry room through a vent. He also quickly found the place where they had set up house under a palm bush. After his inspection he wrote a detailed list of everything we had a talked about and his recommendations, which were many more than talked about in this review.
