Traps set and 'supposed' to be checked weekly, and then a smoking/fogging of cleaning chemicals to clean where the mice were in the attic. Manager now maintains the traps and such, and installed a webcam to "watch" where the mice are coming from. Granted at this point the issue has resolved itself, but $1100 is steep. Also going into week 2 of no call or text once again. I understand you're a manager and such, but don't promise something you can't deliver on. If I wanted to babysit this project on the service aspect I'd refund half the cost due to the customer neglect. Truly Nolan do better or the competition is gonna win.

1 STAR -- $28,000 IN PROPERTY DAMAGE FOLLOWING A PEST-CONTROL VISIT…read more On February 13, 2026, an EcoSmart Pest Solutions technician performed pest-control services at my condominium. During the visit, my refrigerator was moved, and the refrigerator water line was damaged. Water then flooded my condo, with approximately two inches entering the home. The incident caused extensive damage and required professional water extraction, mold remediation, and major restoration work. The total remediation and restoration cost was approximately $28,000. What was especially disappointing was the company's response afterward. Initially, EcoSmart acknowledged responsibility for what happened, but later changed its position and denied responsibility. Despite the seriousness of the damage, the company did not provide its insurance information and refused to cover any of the resulting property damage. I had also paid approximately $500 for a year of pest-control services. After this incident, I no longer felt comfortable allowing the company's technicians into my home. However, EcoSmart refused to reimburse me for the unused services I had already paid for. I understand that accidents can happen. However, how a company responds when something goes wrong matters greatly. In my experience, EcoSmart was difficult and frustrating to deal with, and I felt that the company did not take appropriate responsibility for the consequences of the incident. A routine pest-control appointment resulted in approximately $28,000 in property damage and months of frustration trying to resolve the matter. Based on my experience, I would not recommend EcoSmart Pest Solutions.
