I found Alley Cats through Angie's List and thought I'd give them a try since we were having problems with beetles in our home. They scheduled us next day and I was very impressed with the timeliness and professionalism of the staff. We opted out of there tri-monthly service and we had no issues of any kind with bugs for almost 5 months. I then started to notice we had a spider problem that we couldn't control. I called Alley Cats again and they came out in the same week and not one spider within 24 hours of their visit. I decided to opt into their tri-monthly program and couldn't be happier. The folks at Alley Cat Pest control know their bugs and how to get rid of them - safely. My pool cage used to give the basement of the movie "Arachnaphobia" a run for its money. Now I see the occasional spider web, but it's not a major breeding ground. My home had been vacant for a while so the tentacled tenants were ... tenacious. Within 2 months I wasn't opening drawers with great trepidation and my cat wasn't playing soccer with the over-sized "palmetto bugs" and wolf spiders are now a thing of the past (hint - don't put down red mulch, wolf spiders love it). I've used the big name companies and they've told me "We can't get rid of that type of problem in Florida.... here's another big bill." I had the best interaction with this company from start to finish. Lisa, Allan, and Margret were so helpful and professional in every aspect. They are very accommodating to my schedule and highly responsive. Lisa and Margret both responded to my many questions based on my needs and the safety of my cats. I have two cats so my top concern was their safety around chemicals. They assured me that this was not a problem, and even though they have pet friendly chemicals, I would keep them away for a short period of time just in case my cats decided they wanted to run around and then lick the chemicals off of themselves. They worked around my crazy schedule and met me exactly when I needed them to. My home was serviced by Allan, who took the time to explain each product they are applying and that my pets are safe. He recommended I just place them in rooms where they don't need products. I put them in separate rooms upstairs that did not have any entry ways so he was still able to apply the products wherever needed. Allan was extremely professional and very helpful. He was quick but very thorough and explained everything he was doing and what to expect after application. It took only hours to notice its magic, and just a few days later I have no problems at all.
