They trapped the squirrels and relocated them. Removed all old insulation, sanitized the attic and added new insulation. Afterwards, our house was always cold or hot. He showed up on time, got right to work after explaining everything thoroughly, and he checked on us daily to determine if anything had been caught in the trap before removing the trap and sealing off the entry carefully. He used a specialized camera to make sure that no damage had been done to the interior where they had gotten into the area between the ceiling and the floor. I really appreciated that he is concerned with being humane to animals; we have hired pest control services before, and they just throw down glue traps and terrible poison that wound up costing us a nearby owl (it was there for a long time, then it was gone shortly after D-Con was used on the mice at our old house, and I'll never use poison again I feel so badly about it). Justin clearly is ethnical and humane to the animals, and his prices are very reasonable, far less than another company I got a quote from for the same type of service.
