5 stars for sure! Not even sure if I should mention the insane special treatment that I received from Matt and his staff. It is December 16th and I needed an apron custom embroidered as a birthday/Christmas gift. I was turned down by 3 other local shops due to the holiday influx. Matt was hesitant at first but took my item immediately with the promise to try and have it done by Christmas. Well he called me back within 2 hours letting me know that the apron was completed. I was absolutely speechless. I also would like to mention that while I waited in the lobby to be helped, the three women were extremely accommodating and even asked if I wanted refreshments.
