Based on the positive reviews, i contacted them as I had what I thought was an odd chip in my truck's windshield from yesterday while driving on I25 . John had me send a couple photos of it and quickly got back to me stating he did not think was a chip and suggested I trying washing / cleaning the spot which I did with Windex. I have a 1995 Subaru Legacy that was vandalized with both the front and rear windshields shattered. As most of us do I contacted Safelite for a quote on the replacement for both windshields, they quoted my $2200.00!! This was an online quote so I went to an actual shop in Centennial where I was informed that they could not get the glass for the rear windshield but if I brought them one they would install it. Consequently I learned that they will not install any glass they do not acquire themselves. I reached out to a friend of mine who referred me to A to Z Auto Glass. When I explained my situation to A to Z, I was told they would do some checking on the rear windshield and they would get back to me. I received a call the next morning informing me that they had located a rear windshield in Colorado Springs and that they would get it to their shop in Aurora and then schedule an appointment for the installation. The technician arrived on time for the appointment window, completed the installation in a timely manner, he was very professional and clean. The total cost for both windshields, installation, and the shipping from the Springs was $605.00. I HIGHLY recommend A to Z Auto Glass for your vehicle glass replacement. He replaced my two front windows on my truck so I could get new tint, he did it at my home and got it done SO fast, not even 45 minutes he was wrapped up and ready to go. Scheduled an appointment online yesterday (Friday) to get a windshield replacement done today (Sat). The online scheduling tool let me do it and they have no hours on their webpage. I tried to call yesterday to confirm but never any answer. Left a msg this morning and got a call 2 hours later that they aren't open. Really?! How about putting hours on your webpage then?
