I purchased a motorhome from Lazy Days RV in Aurora Colorado, the windshield was replaced by Master Glass, the installers broke off the passenger side mirror, attempted to repair the broken mirror with windshield black caulk, the installers didn't mention what happened to Lazy Days, we drove the motorhome about 5 miles down I-70 and the mirror fell off. This happened 9 months ago, Ivan agreed to replace the mirror $635, we drove the motorhome back to Texas and during the first rain encounter, wouldn't you know it, the windshield began leaking water inside, I had to get a mobile windshield team in Houston to reseal the leaks, $600. Ivan agreed to pay for both repairs, been waiting for 9 months, I would not recommend this window business, they don't stand behind their work. Elite Glass in Houston took care of us. read more

Requested multiple quotes on Yelp and some where significantly higher in prices, 1 place even charged in their quote more for a small suv sur charge wtf seriously if you don't know the vehicle search before sending a quote. Anyway back to this company. Very responsive on Yelp messenger! So I asked their quote what kind of film would be used and was surprised they said ceramic for the quoted price. Other places were at least $200 more. Only reason for the 4 stars is usually other places I see the films offered and see the rolls etc. I basically took a gamble and word that it's ceramic. Looking from the inside it does look like it. Having multiple vehicles Tinted all over in different states. Do have very tiny bubbles on back window as it been over 5 days so far. Went here on a Friday to get my windshield replaced for cheap (265). Gave a good discount so I'll give a star for that, as well installed the windshield. Upon further inspection noticed things were out of place or thrown around. Air freshener was on the floor, and the next day noticed my cowls were broken and not properly installed. The mechanic decided against simply telling me he messed them up, but had his hand out wanting a tip. This is long overdue, but these guys are AWESOME! They were able to find a replacement rear windshield (and window shocks) for a 1991 Chevy Blazer in 2022. My husband didn't notice the rock that my father had propped the window open with while unloading groceries, and so when he pushed on it to make it close, *crack bang boom* went the glass. What a GREAT experience. I scheduled with Master Glass and Tint primarily because of their consistent 5-Star ratings as well as their competitive pricing! First the very minor low lights - kinda hard to find without GPS and their signage is limited. Plus their 'creature comforts' are a bit spartan if you are pressed into waiting several hours for job completion (as I was). On the other hand they had 2 beautiful 'coffee table books (one on Whiskey and one on the Animal Ark photo project by NatGeo). Both are amazing and were time well spent. The highlights far outweigh the above. The job, quoted at 6 hours, was completed in just over 4. Ivan had said on his initial quote that he was the business owner and would be the one to do the job ... and he did! He thoroughly explained my options on both tint and application of a clear bra on my car. My process was initiated and essentially completed entirely through Yelp and I couldn't be happier with both the cost and the result. Based on the reviews, I might be the only person recently to have a relatively poor/unprofessional experience with this company. I got a quote and setup a windshield replacement with Master Glass all via Yelp. Everything went smoothly and they were quick to respond. The price was fair and they scheduled me about 1-2 weeks out. Fast forward to the day of my install, and 15 minutes before they are due to arrive at my house to replace my windshield, they give me a call saying they don't have my windshield in stock and don't know when it will come in. They also said they had some other suppliers that they were going to check with and they'd give me a call back to see if something would be available in the next couple days. Long story short, I never got a call back and never actually got a window replacement from them. They could be the best at installs in the area, but to schedule me 2 weeks out, then call 15 mins before my appointment time to tell me they didn't have the materials needed is pretty unprofessional. I understand supply chain issues, but they didn't even mention this could happen during the quote or when scheduling me. So, when they did call the day of my appointment, I actually thought it was going to be a courtesy call saying they were 15 mins away, and unfortunately, it wasn't. Anyway, because of all that, my experience with them is only 1 star. read more
