Locally owned, Quality Auto Glass , was a dream experience. The kind that often only happened when Full Service Gas Stations existed. This was the easiest and most Exceptional experience. Crystal actually answers the phone, like real old school service when the phone was on the wall. Crystal even had my insurance claim approved within 15 minutes. She actually took all my information on the phone and then handled it. No requesting "texts only" like Safegurad, no, get back to us when your claim is approved and then hanging up. Yes to honesty and integrity when Lawrence showed up. Lawrence was straight forward and knowledgeable on the type of cracks I had and that that may not be perfect. He advised that drilling the type of chip/crack I had could cause it to spread. He even called Crystal to see if a new windshield was available to replace it, if necessary. But, it didn't crack and it was the best job possible with what I had going on with my chips and cracks. Didn't even sell me a new windshield knowing my insurance covers it. Lawrence had such kind words about Crystal too. (Refreshing;). Lawrence, Crystal and Quality Auto Glass are the shinning star of service, Delivers 1950's customer care with 2026 experience and technology to get the job done right. Exceeded all expectations. Call them and they will pick up the phone with "happy to have your business" attitude and actually sincerely mean it. I needed some chips repaired in my windshield and Quality Auto Glass did an excellent job! The biggest chip is now invisible and smaller chips are fixed so no cracking in future, and all for a lower price than the larger companies. The technicians were very friendly and efficient, and explained how they did the repairs. Only reason this isn't a "5" star is scheduling, had a few hiccups but all worked out. I put in a request to have my broken passenger mirror fixed and got an immediate response from Fernando of Quality Auto Glass. I sent him photos of the mirror and he thought his technicians could fix it without replacing the entire mirror casing. The next day their mobile unit drove out to my house and replaced the mirror - no problem, which was quite the savings and I did not have to travel anywhere. The entire experience with everyone - Fernando, Crystal, Greg, and Scott - at Quality Auto Glass was exceptional and far beyond regular customer service. Quality Auto Glass was great to work with from the first Yelp message, to the installation of the windshield. I contacted six different places (four via Yelp). Quality Auto Glass had the second lowest price. I went with them, despite there being someone lower priced, because their communications had been excellent -- not only did they respond quickly to my messages, but they also were thorough with the info they provided. I appreciated that they came to my house. One place that charged 50% more than Quality Auto Glass told me I'd have to bring my car in, because it would take too long to do the job at my house. It wasn't a problem with Quality Auto Glass, and the job only took an hour or so. The estimates I got from places were quite variable, from $500 to $900. (I paid $625, and I can't be sure the $500 estimate was genuine because they didn't have my VIN, and my car requires a windshield with rain sensor, etc. Also, the lowest-priced place took a week to reply; Quality Auto Glass replied within hours.) And one place told me they couldn't obtain the correct windshield anywhere, but they'd do the job if I located it and ordered it myself. No thank you. So, in case you can't tell, I recommend Quality Auto Glass. The lifetime warranty and one-year chip repair are bonuses! read more

Highly recommend!! Great communication and very punctual. Other shops were trying to charge me $400+ ontop of cost of replacing my windshield to recalibrate my vehicles safety system. I think their 5-star reviews are fake. I also think those guys have no shame. They offered me the windshield replacement with the front camera recalibration for $1534. I went with Auto Glass Now and paid $600 for the windshield replacement and recalibration. I was a little concerned because a younger technician was working on my vehicle. He actually did a very good job. Two other quotes from two other shops were $625. In other words, Quality Auto Glass asked about $900 over market price. It's called a rip off. read more

I first found Q&A Auto Glass when I needed a rear window replaced on my BMW that had been vandalized.
