The staff is terrible and it is clear that the management team is very lacking. I have been involved with this company one way or another for over 20 years and I am sad to see it in such condition. The corporate company INVITED is to blame as it has obviously gone down hill since they purchased the PTC and Newnan Clubs. They are purging members due to poor quality, from the courses to the food to the lack of customer service, I've watched them let go of their star employees leaving the bottom of the barrel staff. Instead of upping their game they keep laying people off due to having no budget which further ruins the overall experience. I want to say specifically that TARA LONG has no business being in charge of anything. It is embarrassing as a member of the PTC community that the clubs that this town were built around are falling to pieces. I've had MANY club members tell me they cancelled their membership simply because they couldn't find a human that would take their payment and they were sent to MULTIPLE different clubs in the area in search of the "correct person" as they held a check in hand wanting to pay. I have personally held an event at the Flat Creek Country Club and have been involved with their staff for varied reasons, always shocked at the difference I experience once they have TAKEN PAYMENT and I am no longer dealing with the sales team directly. I could go on and on as I have many many more stories to share but I've already wasted enough time on this company. I just hope this review can help someone else not waste their time and resources as I feel I have while being treated like an inconvenience. I mean just try and get your glass filled at the restaurant... good luck hunting down a server who isn't a manger that knows anything. It is a very nice layout that requires you to play smart and think about your shots. The fairways are still dormant and pretty soft right now, but are in great shape. One word of warning - the greens are fast! It's embarrassing to have a 10 footer, then have a 6 footer as a comeback putt We were running puts past the hole all day. Overall a great experience-we hope to come back in the spring or summer when everything is lush and green!

This is has to be hands down the one that has the most Club feel.... Country clubs have golf and tennis... Advocates of both of those sports that have a lot of leisure time on their hands can spend the whole day at the club.... That's exactly what you sense at Let's Go Pickleball. But it is so well organized and designed that that is not. It's only attraction.... It's a terrific place to go and make new friends because they have a natural order of being able to show up and playing around robin or in a pickup game. So if you're looking for a home away from home For recreation, or wanting to just stay fit with a game and know you can always find someone to play with... And do it in surroundings that are bright and engaging. And with terrific air system always keeping it at a comfortable temperature, and also always smelling fresh. They host special events (fundraisers, competitions, clubs) fairly regularly and with the addition of the hot new sport Padl, it's a great place to engage with others. They have a store with all your basic supplies and fashion items for playing pickleball Pickleball has always been a top sport in the PTC and then all at once there were new free courts and two new businesses vying for memberships... The instructors were respectful friendly and very knowledgeable. They offer various levels so I plan to keep going until I reach the top. Don't be alarmed that they don't provide you with their location right away. It's a safety thing. I live in Winston GA and it took me 20 minutes to get there so that should give you an idea of where there are located.
