Sadly, this business is charging us for a table they say we did not return (which we did return). After appealing to the manager and explaining that we counted every item carefully and returned all the rented items, he refused to consider my words. A to Z Rentals definitely did not honor the "customer is always right" motto that has made so many businesses in our country successful. I have rented from here multiple times. Cherry pickers to hang Christmas lights, 16 foot trailers, a gas powered T-pole pounder, and other items. I have been using them for 10 years and they are great. They make sure you know how the equipment operates and they are very helpful. I use them for all my rental equipment needs. read more

Good variety, but poorly maintained. Started work with rented equipment but cutting blade was very dull. Finished work despite blade being poor but upon return they inspected equipment and blamed me for "making the blade beyond servicing" and charged me for "new" blades. Wrong, here's why: blades were not"new" when rented to me in no way, I didn't destroy the blades. I probably added to further deterioration, but no way did I destroy them. Lastly, if they were "new" when they were rented to me then they should have pointed that out to me and sign acknowledging I was renting new. I'll not use this place again, not giving them a 3rd chance (first chance was a powered post hole digger...it was dull too). read more

BEWARE.....VERY BEWARE!!!!!!! I called A to Z on January 31, 2012 and spoke to Gina to rent an ice cream machine for my son's wedding reception in May. Gave her my credit card to hold it as well as ordered 3 mixes to go with it. From January to May I called several times to confirm the order and even spoke with them on Monday, May 7th to confim it and the mixes. My husband arrives there on Thursday, May 10th to pick it up and they have no clue or anything documenting us renting the machine.....yeah right!!!! Evidently they had rented it out to a local booster club or so he was told. Let me remind you....this was for a wedding and everything had been planned and bought around having this machine. Horrible horrible horrible! Save your time, money and yourself a headache and DON'T rent from these folks. Ordered a margarita machine for a Saturday night event. Picked up Friday. Tested the machine early AM Saturday morning following all their instructions and the machines directions to a T...Could not get machine to produce a frozen margarita. It was pouring out cold liquid water consistency. Called the company up right away and long story short trouble shot this machine all day Saturday with them even to the point of buying an entire second set up mix, tequila, the works as they were claiming it must be what combination of mixture I am using. And Still not producing a frozen consistency margarita. We were only offered to exchange the machine out. We decided after all this investment in the liquor and all our time we spent trying to get the machine to work that we would accept an exchange in hopes that the second one would work. Drained and cleaned the machine yet again for the 2nd time to load up and take back to them. We were told by Sergio that if we take the second machine he will NOT honor a refund. What a shitty circumstance to put your customer in. We were in a lose lose position and his sorry way of fixing it made it worse. We opted to take the machine in hopes that the owner would see that if this machine didn't work its common sense a refund should be issued. Well, the second machine seemed slightly better at first (it tricked us) and progressively got worse and basically ended up being the same consistency as before, a watery liquid. I took back the machine this morning and spoke with the owner who at face seems like a reasonable nice local business owner, but to my mistake he had no compassion, care or concern. All he cared about was receiving his rental fee. He didn't care if the machine functioned as it should for us or not. We bent over backwards to make this work. I have a call log of about 20 total calls to this place trouble shooting the machine, exchanging the machine, buying an entire different bundle of products for the machine (now having invested $300 in liquor) all in hopes the machine would work. And IT NEVER DID!!! And do you think they issued a proper refund....NOPE!!!! Save yourself the hassle and just find a more reputable caring company who cares about the success and function of the equipment you rent. I will be disputing this with my credit card company. I will be making it known all throughout Converse how they conduct business and I will also be making a complaint with the BBB. I have at least 10 videos proving I did everything they said to do to make it work. And he didn't care one bit. He thinks putting a wet towel in the top of machine and turning the machine on suffices as proper proof to us that the machine when mixed with 4 different liquids will produce a FROZEN margarita. Ya, NO, I think NOT! And then they tried to say they put water and mix in the machines and tested it and that it got a slushy mix for them. I am NOT looking for a slushy mix. The margaritas should be frozen and a thick restaurant style consistency. And they didn't even use all the ingredients so I am not sure how they can possible think they can show me that the machines work otherwise. Absolutely the worst rental experience EVER!!!!!!!
