Time to say good bye to other rental companies. First let me begin with the customer service. There were a couple of young ladies at the front desk when I walked in for the first time who not only greeted me but offered me cookies. One of them in particular, Maddie (hoped I spelled correctly) was very professional, respectful and courteous. Her positive attitude and assistance with processing my request was terrific. Now about the equipment... I rented the wood chipper. This thing was a beast and was ready to take on up to 12" diameter logs. I used it over the weekend out at my property and it never failed or bogged down. This chipper was a haus and if you need to do some wood chipping I highly recommend renting it. It was very clean when I received it and came with a full tank of gas. Just make sure to fill it up before you drop off.

He sent his brother to come fix the blade not turning. His brother had to take off the deck and take it back to the shop because he was unable to fix it either. They came and installed the deck and ran without waiting to see if the lawnmower worker or not My husband tried turning on the mower but it kept shutting off. He told us he would only give us back $1600 I told Hume that I would rate him in FB Marketplace so that other people would judge for themselves if they wanted to trust him. Before Alex and crew got started on loading my items, they ensured that I understood what the charges were going to be and that they could take the items away for me right away. After an impressive short workout on their part, I had a ton more space and they had all of my junk. It hardly seemed fair. Highly recommended. Careful, considerate, and personable folks getting rid of the stuff you just can't fit in the city bin or wait for junk removal day for.
