He also was an endless source of ideas to try to save us money. I had a vision to modernize our bathroom and purchased everything. He totally rolled with all my ideas and made it happen. No, he's not cheap to work with, but he's committed to getting it done right and is willing to explain any task/expense. They didn't even paint it or put drywall on the inside because they knew I was trying to cut costs. They added unnecessary and costly things without giving me the choice (a giant beam that required a crane that was unnecessary for the structure and even my garage opener is one of the most expensive on the market instead of giving me a basic one). I have been pursuing legal action since. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE. They have no integrity and will do anything to save a buck. I also had them put in a hood vent for my stove at the same time and they put plywood on my wall instead of making it drywall behind it. Absolutely horrible. I hope no one ever uses these people

Any mortgage payment, reimbursed by our son, would be significantly less expensive than rent anywhere else for them, even considering an increase in insurance and property taxes. Plus, we'd benefit by a faster-increasing equity. My wife and I toured the factory and absolutely LOVED the product. We were excited to have a Model F delivered. Unfortunately, due to our odd lot shape and placement, along with the short distance between neighbors, there simply was not enough room to have a prefab that large delivered to our tight backyard. Extremely disappointed, we now must explore other more expensive options. Everyone with whom we dealt at Wolf was so pleasant and professional. We hope to be able to install a product or two from Wolf Industries on a future property.

Alexei was super communicative, arrived right now time and got to work immediately. We ran into a small issue around the width of the door being about 1/2" too wide and walked through some options. He took his time and even made sure that the doors were more secure than they were previously by adding some longer screws. He made sure he cleaned up everything and checked in multiple times along the way to make sure everything looked good. Super impressed and have hired him for other projects now too!
