Full removal of the old roof, repairs to the leaking parts of the house, and the new roof installed. I couldn't get a solid count but it seemed like 15 workers. 12 on the roof and 3 folks managing the everything not on the roof. Started at 8am and done by 6pm. It was a thing of beauty.
