Valiant Roof facilitated the purchase and delivery of matching house paint to this job-site within the hour. The crew painted the bare wood, installed the gutters and downspouts to our satisfaction by late afternoon! Oscar (Crew Manager) gave us a walkthrough of the work completed. I got someone else for 500 $.travis then said " GOD does amazing things " this has nothing to do with GOD . he would also tell me he'd be around the week end and may come to measure . The inspector found several items that needed to be fixed, and Lucas agreed, commented about how good of an inspection it was, and promptly fixed the issues. We were satisfied. Now several months later I asked for an estimate on having gutters replaced. I provided the tenants information and we scheduled the estimate. Lucas never showed up, never called, and now I've called and text him 8+ times without a call back. The best I've gotten is a text saying "I'll call you back" Completely disappointed in his lack of communication and customer service.
