Employees are pleasant, but I'm writing this so others can be wary to choose them for their services. The back glass on my iPhone 8plus was broken and I came here to replace it so I could get credit when I upgrade to a new one. I noticed that it was getting SUPER hot when i was using it, even if i was simply just texting. If I tried to FaceTime, i would get the temperature warning and the phone would immediately shut off until it cooled down. I actually live in LA, so I was not able to go back. Plus, it worked enough for my phone service to except the trade in without them knowing. HOWEVER, if i wasn't trading the phone in, it would without a doubt become unusable because of whatever faulty service they did. In this case, i don't recommend coming here since they caused more damage than repair. And, based off their Terms and Conditions, they "are not liable for any damages or issues with functionality of equipment"..."There are no refunds or returns on products, services or equipment." They are very nice and respectful employees; even from first walking into the store. This was about a month ago. I had just called them to let them know the situation. They were apologetic and kind, which is why I'll give them two stars. But if I hadn't planned to trade in the phone, I'd be furious. read more

Super impressed and grateful for the guys at A to Z Wireless. My daughter is notorious for breaking phones. I don't know what it is, but this one was bad. The screen was cracked and then the phone laid in water. Ugh. So, I scrolled through Yelp reviews to figure out which place looked least likely to take an ungodly amount of money from me. We rolled the dice and tried this spot. The guy, Adrian, was super nice. He told me he would test the screen to make sure that it was the only thing that needed replaced. He opened the phone and saw that there was water damage, but not to lose hope. Because the phone was dead, I left it there while they looked into it. He ended up calling me later and told me it only needed a screen. $75. That's it. Anyways, now she's back there on her damn phone again... If you need your phone fixed, check them out. This place has the worst customer service. My Daughter purchased a screen protector from this store and the girl who put it on for her put on the wrong one. We didn't notice until she used the front camera. We went back to replace it and the same girl was there and told us to come back because they didn't have the one we needed. It has been 2 weeks and I took my daughter back and the guy (with long hair) Today told us that we do have the right screen protector. So I ask him "does everyone who gets a screen protector here leave here with a blurry front camera "?. He said we can have another screen protector but he couldn't put it on because he didn't have screen cleaner‍. Ridiculous! I could have ordered one on Amazon way cheaper and done it myself. Yesterday my wife and I took my I Phone in to Fashion Valley Mall to The Apple store. Because My internet and Bluetooth options were not working. I was told we had a 3 1/2 hour wait time. My wife and I went to A to Z and were welcomed right away. I dropped my phone off and picked it up 15 minutes later AMAZING SERVICE with a 60 day warranty. I will always bring my phone here. Note: I'm not trying to over exaggerate but I lost count on when or how many times I had to go here. BIG WASTE OF TIME. 1st time: Hubby brought his iPhone 6s Plus w/ a cracked screen, 30 min passed, got his phone back, looked good, but we noticed that the new screen had a blue hue. They tried using another screen, same thing, and told us that's just how the screens were. My hubby was over it by that time so we just paid the $140. 1-2? Weeks later he noticed that he had difficulty with texting, like what he was typing would make out to be something different and/or auto correct. 2nd time: replaced the screen and NOW his Touch ID was disabled so we had to wait another 30 minutes. They replaced the screen and same problem, Touch ID wasn't working. Then they told us they were receiving new shipment for screens and that they will contact us when it comes. We called one day and they told us shipment have came, so we dropped by. Before we went there, I noticed when I was typing, it would stop typing but the text cursor would be blinking, wthail? then his phone doesn't respond when I press the lock button, so I let the phone go on idle on its own. I tried pressing the lock button and it wouldn't respond or would have a slow response. They also told us that other 6S Plus users were having the same problem. 3rd time: We gave them a hour before we came back in hopes that maybe it would be better for them to thoroughly fix the problem. First, the good thing was that there was no more blue hue; second, he was able to text. 15 minutes laterrrrr, when he would swipe through his home screen, it would freeze or not even read his finger to even swipe. My hubby went back and got it fixed. Luckily I didn't go back with him, I was so over being at the mall and dealing with them, idk what my 4'11 self would have said by then. Fast service? Yeah. Had some trouble with an android charger not working and turned the phone in for work. They're prices are very very fair I wish I brought my other broken phones in without just trashing them. They called us to tell us that our charger shorted out the battery and also replaced that for a little more but definitely worth not getting a completely new phone and losing all my information and pictures on this. This place is fantastic!!! I was in the mall today and dropped my phone flat on the glass screen... shattered the whole top of my screen. Found this spot on Yelp and called them. They said bring your phone over and we will fix it in 30 min. So I went over there before my appt at LA Nails, dropped off my phone and they said it would be ready when I came back. Also, I was on 4 percent battery and they said they would even charge it a bit. Came back in about an hour, it was ready as promised and it was good as new. They also offered me a discount on the glass cover if I gave them an honest review after I left! The service was wonderful, prices are very affordable, the staff was kind and my phone is in top notch shape! I broke my IPhone 4, went in and bought a refurbished one through them for $350. The microphone didnt work so no one could hear me when I made a call. I was told they would order a new one and call me when they received it. They never ordered another one and never called me. Two months went by of not being able to make a call. I went in and they let me switch it for a refurbished galaxy 3. It took 6 hours to charge 60%. They replaced the phone, the battery and the charger and I'm STILL having problems. I turned it off, charged it for 8 hours and it only charged 3%! They have no idea whats wrong but told me that "I may not be charging it right" This place is ridiculous! I've gone in about 8 times just THIS week and the problem still isn't resolved. Buy ONLY accessories here. NOT phones. Their products are BULL. Their customer service is even worse. read more

I was having a few issues with the power button on my iPhone 5 and after enduring it (could barely take screen shots, had trouble turning off my phone), I went to A to Z Wireless at the recommendation of a coworker. Kithzia was super friendly and super polite and offered fantastic customer service. She fixed the power button, but I had a couple issues with it after a few days. I took it back the day after I realized something weird was up and she fixed it with no issues this time. I ended up chatting with her for some time and mentioned my charger was falling apart and she gave me a charger! How sweet of her! I mean, it wasn't a new one, but still, it worked. Long story short: Came in here to get a case for my iPhone 7. Purchased a skech matrix case and wasn't satisfied with it. So went back a couple days later to exchange it. Did the exchange and found a case that I liked - asked the guy "Adrian" if it was the same price and said yes. Did some research and found out that the dude juiced me for 10 dollars. Long awaited review: I came here to fix my cracked iPhone 7+. I had gotten the phone brand new from Apple days before I brought it in on 5/23/18. So they fixed my phone paid $90 +tax not bad. Well a week later my phone screen freezes/ can't press any buttons on screen all day long stuck and can't operate anything from my phone. I took it in and they let me know it's a "hardware" issue and to update my phone. They reset it and showed me how to do so. Great ...... until it happened again and again My phone screen freezes 4x a month and I have to do a hard reset to get it to shut off and turn on every time it's ridiculous. Also the screen brightness is not at all the same which is disappointing (I've compared to my husbands iPhone) even turned the brightness as high as it can go. I've updated my phone and even took it into Apple they did a diagnostic check and everything is fine and normal with the hardware and updates. They let me know whoever placed my glass on my screen messed the touch screen up. Basically it's really disappointing that I paid almost 100 for a phone that malfunctions all the time. Apple wants 170 to correct the issue which I can't afford. I always back to this place 4x to let them know and each time they shrugged it off like nothing saying it's an update issue when it clearly wasn't!!!! Don't waste your money here better off paying the extra money and going to Apple to get it done right! read more

I'd like to start by saying i am not trying to cause any problems with your business.but i do think there are somethings in your warranty that should cancel it, if it was your employee who repaired my phone. so my first incounter in your store  i approached whom i assume is your store manager, Danny. the conversation started off well. i showed him my screen he told me the price.  i asked Danny what would my complete total  come out to with tax included he stated $90.00 i asked him multiple times because i only had $100 in my account. he reassured me it was only $90. i hand the young man my phone and i leave the store. i get half way across the mall its only been 11 minutes top i look at the paper and i see that he has written 90plus tx. i rush back to the store and my phone screen is replaced and he has me rung up @ $98.10, thats not the price i was originally given. and his excuse for the price change was something about national city having a 9% tax rise or something of that sort. now its been a few months down the line and while im using my phone my screen goes black, it still rings i still hear my notifications, just cant see anything.  i take it to the apple store in otay mall to make sure its not the new update and they prove to me that it wasn't and asked have i ever had my phone screen fixed because as she was examining my phone she noticed i had a screw missing for the bottom of my phone and my screen was lifted. she pressed back in and instructed me to take it back to where i had it fixed because they'd charge me a total of $149 to fix a mistake only a professional could make. so before i go to the to your store i went to metro and had them run a test to make sure i had no water damage or any other damages and all the wiring was fine. nothing came up and then asked me the same thing have i had my screen fixed i gave her my answer and she told me to do the same thing. so i return to your store 05/18/18 and i hand him my phone and i  tired to tell him my situation with the phone and i instantly received an attitude and was told that it was my fault that my screen went black and insisted that something had smashed it in my purse but, the phone was in my hand when it went black, when i brought that factor up he offered me to take off $20 and the sells tax.  i stated to him i don't understand why i have to give you another 90 or 70 anything for a mistake he made, because my insurnce would be the ones to fix it if i was the one who damaged it.. then he goes to say well i didnt even have to offer you that anyways you're past your warranty date. i paused because the tone of voice and the comment took me for a loop and i was trying to stay calm... in the mist of me doing so hes going to say well are you going to say something or not, and yes i will admit i lost my temper just a little, i dont take kindly to being disrespect. i let him talk to me rudely and with smart remarks for about 7 mins. i asked him for his name his status and the store number he refused to give me his name, when i asked who was his manager, or superior he and another a girl that works there said it was him he even said that he was your district manager... so probably about 30 mins later my friend took the same phone in and asked him what he thought was wrong, she told him the same thing i told him and he was willing to fix it for her... he marked on the paper that it was srceen and lcd and it turned out it was them both because of the way it was placed... so when she brought it to his attention  he  simply smacked the back of my phone removed the screen and placed the old one back not even correct. read more
