I decided to move forward with them, and the drop-off process was quick and easy. Alex explained the timeline clearly and even asked if I wanted to add a tempered glass protector. The next day, I was able to cancel the protector I had ordered online and called them back. Although they didn't answer right away, Luis returned my call within 20 minutes and was just as professional. He even offered me a further discount on the screen protector. I was ready to just full on pay out of pocket but they let me know to check if I had insurance on it and to file a claim. Well, what do you know! Insurance and all good to go. I have Verizon so I think my copay was roughly around $30. Note: if you have Verizon then make sure to file a claim online first with asurion. Its super easy and way better than trying to call to file a claim. My phone was broken so they let me call Verizon, but I was having a hard time getting them to do anything. Have a buddy or go online first to file a claim that way they can immediately get started on their services. Overall 10/10 great service from Jackie. My phone works and now I'm not stuck!
