Never should have left the plant. Became a warranty issue. After waiting for the new panes for a long time they scheduled install appt. Installer showed up with them but somehow the wrong ones were made. Installer said he would have to put in to have them processed again. Long wait. We get another call for install appt. Day of install we get text from installer that there were no panes when he went to pick up! Backordered. Made a complaint last week asking what the heck is going on.
