Raul came to our home, measured, and sent a competitive quote on Hunter Douglas shades for 7 windows. We received our quote a few days later than promised, but that was no big deal. We decided we wanted to move ahead with the purchase from this company but needed to edit two options on the quote in order to finalize it. We phoned to request an updated quote. When we didn't receive one within the promised time frame we then followed up via email and received no response. At that point we gave up and moved on. Called to see if they serviced where we just moved to as our home is brand new so had no blinds/shutters bare windows. Got an answer said they did but only go out certain day/ or so due to the distance which I didn't mind because I saw the great reviews. As I would rather wait and pay more for quality that may cost and take longer to have good service and a good product.
