About 1 hour later, 2 guys showed up with 3 sheets of plywood. They removed all the broken broken glass swept up, fit, cut and installed the plywood over the opening. All in a little over an hour.

The glass on top of the table broke and we had to replace the glass only thing is the glass was had an intricate design. So we had to find a glass place that could cut an intricate piece of glass. Our first visit was just to go over the details and the lady that works the front desk showed us what glass we should use. We had to return on another day with the table and this one employee came out to trace the design of the table top. I was actually in awe on how he did the tracing. We returned after the glass cutting was completed and had the table with us and sure enough the glass was the design of the table top. We were so pleased with the work and the gentleman who brought the glass out to place the glass on the table was I think in awe of the table and gave him a little bit of history of the table. He wrapped the glass to the table with plastic wrap to keep the glass and table together to transport it home. When we finally got it home we couldn't have been more pleased. Their staff is very accommodating and helpful and I must add very patient too. The cost was reasonable especially considering the cut of the glass has curves. So if you have some glass work to be done try Best Glass.

One week after install, one of the new panes had condensation, meaning the seal was broken. I sent him pictures and he said he would get it replaced right away. That was on 10/12 and I have not heard back. This week, a second window now has condensation in it. These windows were replaced on 10/3/2025. I have reached out many times and am now being ghosted.
